you don't have one yet? thats Bandit's vertical germinator.. the patented wavy wall keeps the tap roots nice and neat and is quite possible the most stress free way just behind direct sowing.

I'll print you one out man, Bandit has a newer model that is better so i'll ask him for the files and send ya one!

got all the seedlings in soil tonight and watered them in with great white. two of the berry widow did germinate but grew upside down and never found gravity.. i put them in soil but i have no hope.. last nigh i went ahead and soaked three more Anesia seeds, Indigo Sapphire.

these were the two berry widow..



on the flip side of that coin the third The Shine that came up upside down did find gravity and was just tucked in the VG, i have full confidence she will make it!!!



the three Indigo Sapphire will be a few days behind..

it works the same as the othe VG's this one is a rez and cover with it. a little tricky loading one side full and then turning it upside side down to load the other side but so far i've never had an issue.

this is the most i've ever started at one time.. normally don't start 21 at one one time.

i also dropped some test seeds last night, i want to test my rain water so i germinated some extra seeds in rain water and will be watering only the test plants with it and when it's time to upcan i'll put them outside.

i will be trying a UV aquarium filter in my water barrel, thanks Steamroller!!!



all the other plants i will be watering with my tap water to be safe.

i also brought my harvest upstairs and put the buds in my old drying cabinet, my diy cannatrol is full right now so i need to make a bigger one. buds are getting crispy!!!!



some very nice smelling plants this round.. the sour tangie is everything i hoped for. the big surprise is the rainbow kush, smells incredible!!!
and also the Oracle Octane smells the best of all of them. a real stinker!!! like a wood pussy dipped in racing fuel wearing a shitty diaper!!!

I'm about 20 minutes away from the race Park, where they have those 2 times a year... hahahaha..I've never been..to many people & I don't have any interest in sitting out in the sun. It's on Some channel anyway...still cool though...

Man, best of luck with this grow and sorting out that water sitchyation.

All your talk about your peach trees got me craving peaches. I got some but they were picked way too early and was kinda bummed then somehow news of this made it's way into my inbox so now I'm thinking of doing the fruit festival circuit while on vacation. This one is only an hour down the road heading west..

Peaches this weekend, watermelon festival next weekend at the Luling Watermelon Thump, then dirt track racing again on July 5th.
I wonder if it's gonna be like the Bubba Gump of peaches?

oh man thats a match made in heaven right there.. peaches and watermelon.. Cindy says she wants to visit you!!!! she eats watermelon pretty much every single day!! no exaggeration!!

i took my pickin pole out there before and snagged these three testers.... (watermelon was from the store today!!) haha

so when i installed that UV filter in my water barrel it forced me to cut an access hole in the top. and now i can see/get a pressure washer wand in there. it's not terrible, but it ain't clean either.. i think it may be algae carcass (if thats a real thing)




once i use the water i'll take it outside and wash it out good. for now it's got the UV with an aquarium sponge and i put a modified raindrip filter on the output.



the seeds for this test are popping.. i germinated them in the rainwater from the very start. i'll put these in soil late tonight or tomorrow.



and i printed matching hinges and knob as my rez for style points!!!! haha

It stinks that you’ve had to invest so much effort in your water supply. Especially after it’s done you so good for so long. I’m sure the peace of mind that all of these improvements bring will be a sweet payoff going forward. Nice work!

You guys are making it really hard for me to resist moving a printer up on my long list of wants. The vertical germinator got the wheels spinning, but the potential with every new thing I see you guys creating just feeds my interest.

Went to a peach festival and came home with a watermelon



We've had so many watermelons this year I've lost count. Probably 2 a week since early May. We were gonna stop at the store for another on the way home but they had a tractor pulling a cart with a really good looking stack of melons on it so I got a melon off that cart.

Had the best peach cobbler with peach ice cream I've ever had and stopped at three different orchards.
We were too high and everything looked good so our peach haul had us riding low in the water on the way home!

I have some salmon fillets marinating in the grilling sauce today. Will smoke them and about half way thru top with fresh cut peaches

Y'all are having Texas weather today. Carbon copy of heavy rain early followed by Sun and heat.
Waiting to check in and get those points.

I picked up a couple other melons yesterday too. One is called a dream melon and is shaped like a football and yellow with lateral lines. This thing is so sweet and delicious I've saved the seeds from it.
The orchards are pretty cool because you get a basket then asked to fill it with a certain number of three types of peaches. Incredibly sweet, juicy, and ripe to perfection. Man they're good and damn near addictive.

Man every time he comes here he wears that cowboy hat...I was so hoping he'd wear a sombrero last week! His shit chronicles were funny AF

i might have been the cause by neglecting to clean the collection filter for so long so i expect a little work from it. the UV filter was less than $50 so not terrible,

3D printers are the tits man!! i was always interested since i first saw one and didn't think i had the skills to use one then bandit took the plunge and said no way not impossible at all. so what the hell why not!! so glad i got one. i mean it's not the best quality printer but i'm not a pro so it works good enough for me.

where i mostly struggle with it is my limited drawing skills. i'm okay at basic stuff but can't really draw anything complex. i don't think my brain works that way.. i'm better at making something through fabrication or machining working with my hands. drawing stuff on a computer doesn't come quite as easy for me. i've gotten decent enough at taking other peoples designs and modifying them for what i need.

for simple stuff though it's a awesome tool to have. so many times now i've said to myself, if i only had a small piece of plastic shaped like this... for times like that it's great to have. i'm descent at making small simple brackets and things..



but i could never draw anything with details like this...

And then you have my quadrupolar tokamak design

This would increase stability and control of plasma for energy extraction.

i hear ya man.. i wish i had a little sliver of artistic talent in me. it would be so nice to be able to draw a quick three dimensional sketch without fucking it up five times first. and then it seems even more complicated when when i have to do it with a mouse and not a pencil!!!

also wish i had a tiny bit of musical talent in me. i've tried to learn a few instruments over the years but just ends up sounding like noise!

but yet i can program a CNC machine to take a hunk of metal and make just about anything you want out if it.. how am i able to do that but struggle trying to draw a five sided box for fucks sake!!

i know one thing, i have the most crude form of plasma and that stuff is powerful and fascinating!! it's like not really solid or liquid it's like it is suspended in it's own state or something crazy!!

and don't drip it on your toes when you're wearing sandals either!!!! so there's two things i know about plasma!!! hehe

oh yeah and when i was a teen and broke i donated some for money!!! hahaha (smart ass!!)
