Bugs and spiders are creepy. Just roll with it. 🤣🕸️🕷️
I have plenty of spiders and spider webs in the corners of all 3 of my tents so i guess im all set🤣
Ive just been leaving them cause they dont get in my plants and they kill a lot of bugs, so they have earned their stay lmao.

Sorry man .. you got your heating pad, tiger balm, cbd lotion in use I hope, not sure if it helps or not. I know that back pain is killer
I actually forgot about my heat pad so thanks for that!
Tiger balm works on my sore muscles, but the nerve twitches are whats killing me.
Im actually talking to my wife about possibly grabbing some super high CBD seeds and see if it helps at all with the pain im in. I gotta do something about it and will NOT go back on opiates.

Gabapentin works sometimes but thats another one i dont wanna be addicted too so i stay away from pills unless Tylenol or Motrin lol.
The best thing i took for my pain was cyclobenzaprine and 800mg Motrin, but it only works for like 2 hours.
Really just need bite the bullet and go get surgery.

Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxer. Have you tried Magnesium? It’s a natural muscle relaxer, actually called muscle milk. Cyclobenzaprine actually adds to my pain. While it relaxes the muscles it also makes me feel like someone beat the snot out of me with a ball bat.
My dumbass used those for over two years, what it did for me is it caused my brain not to be able to relax my body anymore. Gabapentin destroys synapses of the brain, depresses the breathing system, and destroys one’s personality.
Cannabis, ice and exercise is just as effective as that pharmaceutical poison.
Here’s wishing you a better day today!

I have not but im definitely going to now lol.
Thats why i smoke so much and dont like pills, they just cause more issues than they actually fix.

I smoked 4 joints, now im outside enjoying some fresh air, actually thinking about reorganizing my shed 🤔 😅

My buddy raves about his invert chair thing....idk if you know someone who has one.

All them wrassling moves me and my cousins used to put each other in were awesome stretches....I wish I didn't have to become a pro wrestler at my age to find someone willing to give me a damn Boston crab or something...feel like it would pop my lower back in the most gratifying way

Just found this seed in some wedding cake I'm smokin on. Real thick black spots almost, crazy striping imo. This is probably the nicest wedding cake i can remember having, usually to me the flavor is very meh...but this time it has a real nice exhale still not alot on the initial hit....all on the back end.

I know I swore off bag seed...but...20231004_085511.jpg

Off to put some more snips in the cloner

I have the inversion table. The thing has been a life saver! Except for one incident. I had it stored in a spare bedroom, decided to use it. Got on it, locked my feet in, and tilted completely upside down. Unbeknownst to me, when it flipped, it went over the top of the ceiling fan blades. All was good until I decided to flip back up.
Here I am, hanging upside down with my feet locked in, and the Hubby mowing the yard! No help there! I managed to get one foot out and used it to compress the button that locked it down, opened it and got my other foot out. Now what? It’s hooked good on the ornamental metal that holds the fan blades on!
At this point, I could slide down it, but would be trapped between it and the wall and not enough room for my long legs or upper torso to straighten out, I can force it down and pull the ceiling fan out of the ceiling or I can do a backwards somersault off the table. You guessed it. The somersault won.
Holding on to the hand holds, I let my feet come down over my head, walked them down the wall and somehow managed to get off of it.
During this melee my back gave a tremendous pop and gave me instant relief!
I would not suggest this method to short nor stiff people!
Now, when I use it I have it in an area that the ceiling is 14 feet tall and I make sure someone is around!

This is the best. It’s broken down for instance absorption. All of it tastes like hell, but the Cherry's doable. Link up top.

To be a fly on the wall for that 😆

So I was talking of my boys bday Saturday. Well my best friend, good life long buddy I've known since kindergarten came and celebrated with us and was talking about how he was going to ride in the "rat run" a local motorcycle ride that happens yearly here in the stl area. Got a text Monday..."well dude I may as well tell ya I wrecked my bike out there on sunday"...so my first thought is, well he is alive that's good. Ended up walking away injury free. He was just at the party and my aunt who has always been around us asked if he was wearing a helmet and he said, no missouri did away with helmet requirements...

He said he ended up getting thrown like a lawn dart into a deep ditch (the ditches range from 3 to 5 feet I'd say in that area).

Lucky dog, thankful buddy over here

I’m glad he is okay! It normally does not turn out that way! Helmets are just like seatbelts there are good and bad aspects of both.
My Daughter, the year she graduated was in a wreck with her fiancé. The seatbelt snapped his neck! It actually caused his death! She did not have hers on, was in the passenger seat, up on her knees hauling something from the back seat to the front upon impact and she survived.
I think, when it’s your time, it’s your time.

Have you tried to massage the pain? Massage and stretching might help. Maybe heat is not the best idea. Have you run cold paks instead? Sometimes cooling down the inflammation, if that's what it is, works out better in reducing pain.

Yes, but my masseuse is at work🤣
Stretching helps, but also hurts lol. I usually alternate between hot and cold, heat takes down the muscle and cold just keeps it there.

Im finally feeling a bit better today after i sat around for a couple hours. Then i went and did some stuff so ill be just as sore again later tonight 🤣🤦🏻

yeah they close the bridge off once a year to let people jump, not me lol. i'm afraid of heights but willing to skydive, i know i'm crazy

i love that shit too man! you can do a bridge walk under the bridge, of course harness involved, to get a real upclose look of the engineering. Seeing the pictures when they craned in some of the biggest pieces is insane...

def highly recommend it. i've done a real baby one before this, harpers ferry (mostly level 2), and it was ok. now doing one this intense.... just mind blowing. that adrenaline you get is hard to top.. when the guide is yelling 'DIG DIG DIG' (means paddle your godamn heart out forward) you know the shit is so real

the whole gang is talking about doing this again next year, but doing the 'marathon' instead. that is where you do the upper and lower Gauley in one day.... we did have one of my friend's girlfriends come who had never been rafting at all before this, talk about an introduction to white water!
for everyone else, @Scotty 420 is talking about these actual dam pipes increasing the cubic feet/second (CFS) near 3,000

true that. in fact, the last pain specialist i saw explicitly said avoid heat for pain because heat has been shown to increase inflammation by dilating the blood vessels. using ice packs for 20 mins on and off in conjunction with anti-inflammatory is much more beneficial. mind you, she also prescribed me tizanidine. that drug scared the fuck out of me but after about six months of building tolerance on it, the year i had that script was incredible in terms of reduction in muscular pain. it did, however isolate the pain to the injury point in my back so when the pain was on, it was really on and the tizanidine just made it so i could unwillingly pass out for four hours at a time.

What about a pro masseuse?

I get neck pain and I was prescribed massage by my Dr. I book a 1hr appointment and in I went. Out she comes from the back room, a long red haired well built girl 35ish and I'm like receptionist right? Nope my masseuse.............

Well thank you DR. I felt better already as she said just get comfortable and strip down as you like I won't get embarrassed she says. I'm like wtf ..I'm new to massages and I don't know what to do but she hands me a clean white sheet and says I'll be back when your ready just get on the table and cover up.

Okay she gave me a 1 hr body massage with only about 20 minutes on my neck, the hour disappeared, I was in heaven. A 70 yr old short fat guy having this beautiful red head give me a 1 hr massage for $125 that I can claim on my medical expenses and insurance covers the rest is like a wet dream. lol I can get 12 a year.

I have fun with my wife about it. I tell her If she's not nice I'll go see my hot red head friend I threaten, I just get a go for it.

My second visit I called to make the appointment and the receptionist says your booking with Sam..... I say what......she says Samantha ....ah yes Sam, she has red hair right.....lol.......I really wouldn't have the same enjoyment with a Sam, some big burly guy with nipple rings and spiky hair just wouldn't do it for me......

ooops side tracked, good smoke and a fond memory which reminds me I'm do for a rub down.....lol

The point was, get an off site masseuse, it'll definitely make you feel better.

will second this as well! a solid deep tissue masseuse will do wonders in regaining some flexibility. throw in some cupping or hot stone work, and you can regain some movement that will help with getting into yoga or other stretching type activities that help a lot with pain.

the one problem with stopping the stretching is the pain comes back and you're back into the catch-22 of it hurts to move so you don't stretch and it hurts more to move because you don't stretch.

i'm constantly getting grumped at by the lady because i don't stretch then bitch about hurting. stretching doesn't do shit for a pinched nerve though. sciatic injuries suck mkay.

One thing I have to do is keep my moaning and growning to a minimum. When your with your wife or other that's one thing but making deep guttural noises with a masseuse just some how seems wrong.....lol
