There must b something in the instructions it comes in..i wouldn‘t have the faintest how many mgs you need.
I wouldn't know the magic number either.
Until I reached it~! 🤪
I do like the idea of known measured amounts when creating if for no other reason than record keeping and comparison.
At some point consistency is important if you do it over and over. The you need to know how much X.

T minus 4-5 days till I can taste test~! 😋

thanks steam…she prefers gummies idk why.
I was just looking in Granny’s corner and noticed on the candy recipe that she use 70% amber..I’m not sure on the dry and green trim I have here but i doubt it would b even 20%.so in other words she will get too wasted idk 🤷‍♂️.

I do have some dry trim here which is 3 months old so I gather the THC compounds would b changing to cbn.that’s probably a good question for Granny on how long does she age her weed before making..I don’t want to kill nanny lol.😁
Here’s SSHZ I had bookmarked.

Cool seeds coming our way!
As of Monday, I will be tieing up loose ends with Captain Redbeards and will become an affiliate of that company! I’m super excited to bring Eric onboard, offer you some fine genetics and reward the Photo of the Month winner with some fire azz genetics! IMG_2190.jpeg

Happy birthday bro!!!!! Strawberry sugar and couch rides here tonight.perfect weather. Fire flys in full swing . My family and i are sitting in the dark woods puffin they are everywhere!!!! So tripy

Man, that was a quick year!
morning Granny!!!

it sure was.. the next round of peaches are just about ready for picking.. like almost to the day!!! not gonna have the bumper crop i had last year so might not do wine again, just a run or two of brandy. ;)

i have two cases of wine bottles that i bough a while back, i never opened them but i gently shook em and nothing rattled so i figured i was good!
i plan to bottle soon.
.

so if i'm looking for all around enjoyable sweetness that will appeal to the masses how can i measure that? with the specific gravity? what kind of measurement am i aiming for?

Mornin!
There is no sure fire way to measure the sweetness of your wine, except to taste it. Since it’s not required info on labeling nothing has really been developed to test RS. Best way? Pour a small amount, if it’s not sweet enough to suit you add sugar. It’s perfectly okay to do this. The sweetest wine comes from grapes, which has a super high sugar content.
Add small amounts at a time until you are satisfied. You can always add more, but you can’t reduce what you have already added.

Thanks Granny, i feel it tastes great just the way it is, i'm not going to add anything. i'll tell people if they want it sweeter add sugar! :D

so the guide that got me to this point says to add potassium sorbate as a stabilizer to prevent renewed fermentation when adding sugar. what do you think of this? it's been in there a year is it even possible for any yeast to still be alive for this to happen? i don't want champagne!

final question, did you tell me that you bottle directly from the siphon? or should i transfer to a vessel with a valve first?

Ya we watched it last night, pretty good, much better than I had expected, some of the CGI was pretty bad during a few buggy chase scene's near the end but a fun watch none the less.
