Another winter grow has begun, switching things up and chose to go with Greenpoint seeds.

2 fem packs of 7, MaxAC and Purple blizzard. Had a little leftover coco, but dropped the seeds into 50-50 coco/perlite & a generous amount of dynamyco into whatever small nursery containers I had laying around, planning to do as little as possible, and lower the nutrient costs, so when ready for transplant they will go into promixHPCC.

High fertigation growing is preferred, but slow and steady with minimal overhead is the plan for this one, seed to weed

Progress will be updated, but general banter Always tolerated. ✌️

11 in the chamber, 5 days since sprout, gave the leggy bobble heads a promix topdress to bury some neck for support, wish I had left a little more space even. Couple of weird looking seedlings, but overall pretty happy little green birds.
Timer for the lights had been 24-0 until yesterday when I switched to 20-4.

9 days since sprout, solid growth, should be in full sets by Monday. Will be transplanted into 1gal to switch into veg growth in a week or so, and timer will go to 18/6. Been subjecting them to pretty strong winds to make them more sturdy, decent little trees.

Topping on the 18th day since sprout is a first for me, with all plants having at least 5 nodes.
should be able to get to flower earlier than anticipated. View attachment 79504
I gotta get me some of those trays....just fucking pricey for what it is.

Nice smooth grow so far, Sir.

@Observer, 100cad/tray pretty cheap investment.

They look great Mr. G!
Looks like you've avoided any mutant traits. Now just keep a close eye out for hermies a week or two after flip to flower just in case but I think you'll be fine.

I see we're Pulse Pro and Active Aqua tray twinsies too. Love how these trays leach water from the pots. I was using saucers and they clogged up the drainage and I had to switch to these trays to correct the issues.. Doubt I'll grow without them from now on.

Swapped out the lights for better coverage, labeled the plants, and spread them out. Some wanted water, some were ok till tomorrow, but watered them all anyways.😆 💦🌳
I’ll be keeping an eye on the plants, seems I’m always growing tester genetics, and never really know what to expect.IMG_6160.jpeg

I was looking at trays online but they wanted more than the price of the tray to deliver it. And I don't have a local grow shop anymore. So I went to Home Depot and got an extra large washer tray. It's not as deep as your trays but it says it holds 4 gallons of water so that is enough. It also has a drain spout. So 40$ was great for what I got.

My 3x3 section won’t take a proper tray. Inside dimensions are a little too small.

But this fits. Outside dimensions are good. 👍
