A friend dropped by for dinner last night and left me with a jar of buds of a strain called Permanent Marker, that he grew outside this past season, in Detroit.

When ground up in a grinder, it smells exactly like the fumes that used to come off those big, honkin' diagonally-cut tipped permanent markers. It's pretty powerful. Grown down south or indoors it might be capable of producing the mythical lethal dose of THC. 😵

I would call it an indica-leaning hybrid. It's got a bit of energy to it. I might have to look into getting some seeds. Odd scented strain.

Ive had permanent marker before, same smell you explained, potent stuff too!

A little ISO wash I made over the summer that has been slow curing since.
Thick, seahorse barely makes a dent in it.
First pic is it held sideways. It is like resin and will not move.
Chemical free after 6+ months of curing with foil over the top. 🥴
And bong hits of Grape Diamond. :p

50 mg is what I liked for long, overseas flights. I used to take one as soon as I got on board. It would hit an hour or so later. That worked out well, until i boarded a flight that was cancelled after everyone boarded! I had to drive home at 2 AM, just as the edible was starting to take hold...

But what I'm smoking now is dispensary weed - Tropical Burst. I love the potency and effects, but the taste has a lot to be desired. I was just vaping it, trying to identify the tastes and scents, because there's something nasty about it.

The mystery taste? Bad salmon. Yeah, tastes like salmon that turned a day or two ago.

Normally, you could tell me weed smelled like any foul thing and I'd want to get my nose in there. Used diapers? Armpit? Stink foot? Spilled fuel? Get that bud under my nose! But not this stuff.

Man, harvest time can't come soon enough. That's what I get for taking the summer off.

My wife works with one of her old friends from high school and she brings my wife dabs every friday for some reason. I dont complain tho🤷🏻

As the bud matured in "The roll" and I smoked it, 1st. lit gave "cough" I knew it was too early for test of taste. High is very nice and the smell is greatly different from the Kush pheno's I've been growing. Looking for my "Ultimate Headstash", not yet I fear. SS

Got some dispo weed last night. A half oz of phantom cookies and half oz of Panama Punch.
I am surprised that they both are decently dried, probably not cured well enough, but still tasty and potent.

I'm digging the cookies this morning.

Spread some sugar wax out on the paper, sprinkled a little keif on that, and twisted up some sour wedding cake.

I picked up a 1/4 of Durban poison and 1/2 of J1 (Durban Poison x Skunk #1).

Both of these are the best dispo weed I think I’ve ever had!
The aroma of both are so good I find myself just opening the containers and sniffing the buds!
It’s got a great pipe presence. Excellent buzz, I’d like to be hiking in a national park with a bunch of this stuff in my system!

I’d be proud to say I’d produced either or both of these buds! Really well done for any weed much less dispo Dope!
