Meant to share this with you guys. When you are blessed enough to see things like this after a horrible storm, you know hope lies in the heart of the appreciative.
This was Thursday evening. We made a trip to Mtn View to have supper. As soon as we got there I got a weather warning on my phone, system was packing 80 mph winds with potential baseball size hail. It blocked us out of our driveway with trees down and took down a pretty good sized ash tree in my front yard.
Despite all of that, the day could not have ended any more beautiful than this. IMG_1849.jpeg

I prefer low key!
When I got to a bar (rarely) I prefer “dives” where people look at me and say who’s this guy and gal. The kinda place a man has a stool and everyone knows everyone, ain’t no trouble in places like that, they don’t allow it🤣
Noth’en says it’s gotta be open everyday,you could do a few nights a week, paid membership (keeps trouble away) do classes karaoke, have tv’s and couches. Talk with local dispensary’s have them come out so y’all can sample what they’re selling.
For most just a place to get away with like minded folks.

Love this idea. When I was managing the lounge I had suggested that we contact a bunch of brands and have them do new product launches at the lounge so that we would get more recognition as supporting the community but....our shit was all illegal so we had to stay on the DL. Scratch that.........

Yours is not. Brands love having a place where you can concentrate like minded individuals. In addition to teaching you can incorporate some of those brands into your teachings or just do stand alone launches. Maybe do new member goodie bags where brands give you product to put in the bags for them to advertise their product.

I believe, had we had the proper licensing, we could've done some really impactful things in L.A. and really blow up the lounge but the owners were armenian gangsters so I think they were more interested in having a place to party with their friends.
 
In NY smoking cigarettes in many public locations is not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in most public areas in New York123. However, you can smoke in New York City4. There are several restrictions when it comes to where you smoke, and not following the rules could result in being fined and further punishments4. Smoking is prohibited in places of employment, bars, restaurants, enclosed indoor swimming areas, public transportation, including all ticketing, boarding and waiting areas; buses, vans, taxicabs and limousines1.
Cannabis is only legal where smoking is allowed.
We have cigar smoke dens and even Hukkah bars. I figured they all have their feet in the door for indoor smoking in NY.
So a legal gathering where smoking is allowed would be a hit. Entertainment or other attractions could be game changers here.

We tend to live by our own rules around here. Could be why every single home or piece of land has sold around over the last couple of years. I get what you are saying though!
This will be a challenge for me as our areas are daylight and dark differences. Middle of basically nowhere with very low population numbers. A lot of weed smokers though!
We plan on providing entertainment too. Bottom line is he owns the building, it’s paid for. Already equipped with a kitchen. Easy to put in a juice bar. We only plan on doing two events a month.
We are gonna pitch and see if we win!

Listen up PC, I just went through this senior business when my husband welcomed me to the Senior shooting category. If there’s a discount, he’s in. Fecker needs grease inserts in his shoes, he’s so tight he squeaks when he walks!
 
Totally understand living by our own rules here in NY, but when it comes to bu$ine$$ that is another thing here.
Its like the longer you do something as a business the more they will charge or fine you when they find out here.
I can only imagine a cannabis smoking license would trump a liquor license and then there is insurance.
Remember if it is known you are partaking then driving is a no no and could lead to legal issues.
In NY they have charged bars or bartenders for customers level of intoxication.
Dram shop laws are laws that hold drinking establishments liable for the harm caused by their intoxicated customers12345. These laws apply to cases where the establishment serves or sells alcohol to minors or visibly intoxicated persons who then cause injury or damage to others12345. These laws vary by state and were originally introduced to discourage excessive drinking13.

Unfortunately, there is lot more to it and the most dreaded of 'human' forms should be involved, but hopefully as little as possible.

Yeah I just recently saw that in NY, they are trying to shut down all the old time pizza places that still use the wood fired ovens. How sad ☹️
Here in Mo the over the limit on cannabis is a very gray area. Just like there, continuing to serve a drunk person alcohol is a concern. In this case, there will be no serving and Missouri or any other state thus far has any way of proving one is over a lawful limit of cannabis since no lawful limit has been set and there is no equipment to definatively prove that.
The only thing one can buy in this place will be the mixers for the bottle they brought or some chicken wings. More like a clubhouse atmosphere where you are free to partake, enjoy some entertainment and buy some munchies. 🙂

Hard wood fired pizza is the world standard. NYC peeps should revolt against this revolting development: gimme a wood-fired slice or gimmie death. Here they want to go back to the pre stoner age -- thousands of jobs and opportunities for farmers will be gone. I'm mad as hell but probly should make coffee and have just a few puffs.💭💭🤌💣🤟

Not just that but woodstoves in people's homes too!!
This state sucks the life out of everything, why do you think we call it the "Vampire State" lol

I went to Massachusetts yesterday in my search for Sohum soil.
The guy at the hydro supply store said he thinks they went out of business~!
Kind of bummed out about that.
