CannaGranny’s Corner a Thread For General BS and Good Will On BudBuilders

We had several deluges here last night. My fresh emptied wheelbarrow has about four inches in it. This dropped in about 20 minutes. All together we have has a little over 14” inches the last five days. Just unreal. My road still requires a four wheel drive to get in and out. Glad I have one!
I have been heads down working in my house. I have 12 out of 14 rooms spic and span. Two left for today and then this one woman cleaning crew is heading outside to clean. All of my porches, outdoor furniture and rugs need a cleaning. I have three huge flower beds still needing weeded..then..I should be caught up..well Cept the yard, it needs mowing, but it’s just too darn wet.
We finely have a few nice days, 60f with few clouds, some rain almost daily but nothing torrential yet this year. I may have to mow the grass again soon and that's a bit unusual 3-4-5 times a year max and twice in June??

I'm running a green light now.under my blues..I read something somewhere about something and thought it a good idea....lolJune 5 Blue and Green.JPG

They looking healthy!
Yes they are, I have of 2 Capt Redbeard's, Rainbow Slurricane in there, I've had some humidity issues and pulled all their large fan leaves off. I like to leave a few on if they are getting light and they are healthy I think it boosts the plants to have more area of coverage sucking up light right through flower if they're not in the way. All my girls had massive fan leaves, I think my far red use has something to do with that

Two things, first the corner hit 1 million views today! Unbelievable! Thanks to all of you that made this possible ❤️
Second, my drive was fixed today and you could bring a vet back here! I’m super thankful.
Fourteen rooms of my house is sparkling clean..I need to sell it, right now..while it’s all clean at one time 😆😁🤣
Tomorrow will be the last dry day for the next seven so mowing and weed eating is the plan and then for the next two days I’m going to sleep!

This scrawny looking little plant is significant in several respects.

It’s got some of the most amazing flowers.

Second, it’s lethally toxic, even used as a poison dart tonic by some tribal groups.

But mostly it’s cool to look at 👀

Looking good! I’m too lazy this morning to walk to the barn to take a pic, but this is what I have. Not as clean and shiny either! My big challenge this week was gettIng the gas hauled home for the mower. (Heavy when full and lifting them into my truck, I left them in the truck, made sure they were grounded before filling, so no lifting) It takes 16 gallons to fill it ( you can mow several times) and I’m still trying to work smarter not harder with my rehab shoulder and arm. That 60” cut is the berries! Still takes me two hours to mow tho..
Got all of my weed eating done yesterday, I weed eat so much crap my arms are still swinging this morning, I just get a quick puff as my arm swings by lol.IMG_3282.jpeg

gravely makes nice equipment. i had a zero turn for a couple months and sold it. the wider cut is nice but i can't stand keeping both hands occupied to drive.

yea gas cans are heavy no matter how ya do it.. sometimes i take a couple extra cans so i don't have to fill em all the way up! haha

your peaches look great Granny!!!! i thought mine froze over in flower but they have fruit on them, not a bumper size crop but a decent amount. my apricots came in this year too, i don't get them every year for some reason but i got em this year!!

so what seedlings did ya recently start Granny?

If you saw the terrain I mow, you would know two hands are definitely better than one!
I hauled five five gallon cans just because of what you said.
The orchard is just banging this year! Peaches, plums and pears. Heavily fruited. A lot of the time they get frosted, this year we skipped it.
This grow is all Redbeards. I just popped and planted seeds.
Purple Punch
Purple Oreos
Rainbow Slurricane
Silly Billy Pear
Lost Valley Kush
Thundergun Express
Every one of them I have never had before.
