Not that our country isn't already corrupt but at least there was a thin veil keeping the majority of it under some control but that is all but gone now.

Democrats keep yelling about how Donald Trump being elected into the White House again will be the end of Democracy but that already happened in 2010 when plutocracy took over after those rulings. The only difference is Donald Trump has no shame in doing it out in the open and his supporters don't care if he does emboldening him even further.

Yeah agree with what is said here. I would add maybe that people are generally corrupt and we all make excuses or exceptions for our behavior and situations


It's the legal framework that's breaking down and it's not going to get any easier. No doubt in my mind that these AI arms race is being used to undermine the American public

For autocratic government in places like China, Russia, Iran and n. Korea it's money and resources well spent

Got the pit started at 9:10 and shut it down at 10:45, I figured an hour and a halfish at 520° was good to burn all the oils off when the book says 30-45 minutes above 350.
It worked awesome and smelled delicious, can not wait to cook something on it.
Gonna make venison steaks for lunch, and I'll grab a nice pork loin or butt and smoke that this weekend 😋

Keep seeing the farm trucks go up my street and disappear over the levee...there is field back there but this is the family that runs the hemp field by me. They better not be moving it closer to my house. I get the idea they are though.

So maybe I'll mow it down this year

What a weird place to put the battery on that thing. Functionality is one thing, and I know Ryobi makes ok enough tools, but that thing's hideous and I would never use it.

Hah you can set it on the battery and it won't tip over. That's all it's good for, it's not even a decent Sawzall, all my M18 stuff is locked in storage and I haven't gone to get it yet. Might make that 3 hour trip this weekend. Ryobi is garbage 🗑 but it was easier to buy the entire set at 189 than go 3 hours 1 way for my Milwaukee stuff.

I just picked up the M18 mower last weekend. I had been very skeptical but I was honestly impressed. It's a pricey toy, but we'll never pull-start another mower.

If you don't have one already, you should grab one of the surge impacts. I absolutely love mine. It lacks a little power if you're sending large lags but it's so quiet. Less vibration and noise with a better "feel" for what your screwing. Haven't cross-threaded a machine screw in ages.

I still have my old Husqvarna gas mower. That thing just won't die. Once it does I'm getting an electric one. Our next door neighbor has a Kobalt one. That thing is super quiet and super light compared to the Husqy.

My Husqvarna's self propelling drive quit on us last year. I'm sure we could've fixed it but I take every chance I get to buy new power tools.

Milwaukee stuff is awesome, I love it all lol.
I thought about an electric mower but my neighbor has a kobalt one and can't even mow his entire lawn on a charge and my lawn is bigger. So that's a big no go cause I'd need like 3 of them 40v batteries at 200 a pop!
I got a gas mower for 229 3 years ago and it works great 👍🏻

I hope you have a real tiny lawn man, the batteries don't last on them from what I've seen with my neighbors.
