Yes nylons would work but neither my wife or I wear them so I'd have to buy a pair. Along those lines the Dollar Store has nylon vegetable bags I use over intake and exhaust in my tents. I still haven't added any input air, I'd filled my box with plants and I didn't want dust in the air from drilling 2" holes so I left the door partially open on the bottom. Not ideal but I wasn't having dust.

I bought Cheese cloth yesterday and I'll frame it over 2 - 2" holes on 2 sides of the box. I also ordered a 12v controller for my exhaust fan so I can adjust the speed and it came in the mail yesterday. I've 4 plants in my 5x5 that are soon ready to chop so I have to get on the box and finish it up...

My girls in my 3x3 are bulking up nicely the Do Si Do is the leader of the pack with the largest buds of the bunch of them. I pulled the top off a Quebec Blast yesterday for a look and its not close yet, too many clear so 1 more week before I look again, The Blue is as pretty as ever and starting to foxtail on a few buds, even tough I'm only at 60% light.

I've only been adding 1 gal at a time to keep the res level up of 2/2/4/2/1/ gal Micro,Grow,Bloom,Diamond Nectar & Hyclean. I'm still seeing separation in the tank with a fine brownish silt.

My Revegged Auto Jamaican/ Gsc is blooming and I keep spreading her out to show more bud sites. I feel I'm going to need heavy feeding on this girl with so many bud sites to nourish.

My veg closet is full, no more room at the inn, I need the girls in the 3x3 to finish so I can use the pots and make the move into my 5x5. I'm ready just waiting now. I'm now hoping next week I can start transplanting again.

Hows the humidity in the 3x3 using the autopots. Im running 2 dehumidifers and its just the middle of June.
i HAVE TO KEEP THE DOOR OPEN AND MY DEHUE SET TO 45% fkin cap lock. its still 55% in the tent and has been up to 60%, The rest of my basement is at 52% but its 99% out side1686861985592.png
Typical Spring weather, the drying of the forests and fires is a bit of a surprise to me, although we did get a week of hot weather I didn't think we'd been lacking rain. I guess there's been drizzle but no significant rain over the previous months.

Sure got some pretty girls !!!
Thanks, you're partially responsible with you're help setting it up and providing some seeds. The Dosido is pretty nice looking, thick and covered in sparkles. The Sour D I'm not too sure of, pretty but fking sativa's and their long flowering times. I'm anxious to try it but it seems to keep putting out new hairs with no sign of ending soon

My lawn tractor came today, later than I'd expected it but they assembled it for me so there was nothing for me to do but add gas and fire it up....1686868458779.png

If the weather is okay / not raining I'll take some action shots... It might drive those Ukrainian women trying to meet me wild with a few internet action shots of me and my tractor, I'll get harassed for sure, I'd better keep pics PG, no nudity or I could end up with endless offers & emails I'd be afraid to open.....:sneaky::sneaky:

I like to grow indicas , like you said those sativas sometimes take awhile to ripen. But sometimes the wait is worth it.
You know after thinking about that for a bit I think no, they're not worth it. I think they're the kind of plant someone else should grow and I can purchase if I want the buzz from them. ...lol.....What did I read back a bit up to 26 weeks....in flower.....aarrrrggg...no......

I've no patients for that. I'm really pushing it at 11 weeks and this grow I've basically cut them off food already. I've been giving them 2/2/4/2/1 the last week and they're still not fading very much. This Wed is 10 weeks and I need the pots badly, I may just have to cut them short a week. I think the pots have helped mature them quicker anyways so 1 week short of my goal shouldn't hurt them too bad....

Not fading much probably still alot of nutes in pot with having no run off being bottom feeders.

I have taken down plants with still a few white hairs that never seemed to stop. It gets to a point today or next month im like you no patience so its today.

I have a auto critical in the flower tent its been 17 weeks from seed ready to harvest but still throwing white hairs its coming down this week. Its sister planted at the same time was harvested three weeks ago they seem to have there own mind !!

All Stop!!!!! BUD ROT ! WTF....I was just in messing with my plants and the girl with the crispy top I though was just in a hot spot. I pinched the top and it broke off in my hand...wtf...I looked at the break and in horror I see mold...I quickly grabbed my scissors and cut the bud off. I broke it in half easily and yikes mold and I just cracked it open in the front of my open tent fans sucking air in....Awe fk They're all coming down as soon as I can. I've a couple of things to do to my dry box first then 1 at a time.

I don't see any other indications of rot anywhere on any of them...and this bud has been like this for 2-3 weeks

Just when I thought I had a good run a nightmare appears.

Take it all in stride @Pipecarver smoke what you like and like what you smoke. If it was all easy would the process be as captivating for us?

Sorry to hear about the rot but live, learn, adjust, and there is always another grow just around the corner. Its the challenge that makes it so rewarding, and you will still get some excellent smoke I'm sure 🍻

Ya its hit more buds, all of my big swollen Dosido buds has it and the Quebec blast big buds. I've chopped the tops off and pulled both the Blast and Dosido. It seems ok below the top buds but I thought it was just over cooked I've not had bud rot indoors for years If I had of thought about it when I saw the first signs I would have acted quicker. I just hope its not all lost. The Blue and Sour D still look untouched...I can only hope

Thinking about this bout of rot there are a couple of things that I can change that may have contributed to this rot. One is I have a fan blowing up from the bottom of the tent sending moisture sitting in the pot wells upwards instead of venting it out. Second is in the 3x3 there is not much room for fans. So I hung 2 small fans at the door enterance blowing air in from the basement. I think they should be hung at the back blowing out. In my 5x5 I'll take these things into consideration and I'll probably have room for a dehue in the tent I can vent out.

A/C Infinity has a new small one with a hose to vent out?

I see they have humidifiers but I don't see dehues. USA site...kinda screws me anyways ordering anything in US dollars shipping, duty, taxes makes $40...= $100Cdn
I cut and hung the 4 girls I had in the Auto pots yesterday. I cut all of the tops off the Do si Do and the Quebec Blast. 5 big buds in total but that seems to have done it. I hope the rest were clear of rot, I couldn't see any so I'm hoping I cut off all that was infected.

I've a bunch of clean up to do now and I'm going to move my reveg into the 3x3 tent before cleaning and setting up the auto pots again.

On Thursday I'm taking as road trip to Calais Maine with stops for gas and food it'll probably take me 15 hrs. I'll be getting up at 3:30 am for the drive, picking up my son in Halifax who will join me for the trip. Everclear is the goal along with a flat of beer a few snacks only available in the US, gas and go...then get scalped at the Canadian Customs office paying duty and taxes on everything I bring back. I like the drive & driving and its about all the adventure I get these days. I've been hinting to my wife about doing it for a while now but she's not into it so I asked my son and he's said sure so I guess we're off unless something unexpected comes up1687297474774.png

I'm the only one that actually lives in New Brunswick, everyone else is just passing through haha.
Welcome to the forum, were you on the other site as well? We get to Moncton 1-2 a year to go to the Casino. They used to send us free room vouchers + $50 slot credits & a free buffet before Covid so we'd go up for the night. They stopped sending stuff through the pandemic and haven't started up again, I checked for a room there recently and they want like $250 per night.....nope.....not going to happen.

Hey pipecarver, would you tell me of the wall to wall coverage of the SF 3000? How well does the frame of the light "Fill" the 3x3 area in frame structure? SSgrower

The last day of Spring and its a beauty.

I gotta say I'm very pleased with the G3000 lights performance. It grew nice big flowers under it and is very well built. The dimmer has much better control of the light than the SE series & can dim down to 20% power before shutting off. I'd have to call this the perfect light for a 3x3 tent. The price is very competitive with other lights in its class and there's no shipping charges or tax when bought in Canada.

I'm overwhelmed by SpiderFarmers generosity in providing me with this light to test and report on its performance. I've recommended this light to friends out west who have also purchased this light and are growing with it now with great success.

I've cut and hung my last crop and I've my large reveg Jamaican/ Gsc at 2 weeks in flower I'll be putting under the light today I hope, if I get everything cleaned up after my last batch

Its fits perfectly, I wouldn't need anything more in a 3x3. I think the G series is a better light than the SE but that might just be me. Its at a better price point and has a better dimmer. I also liked how quickly it went together, it just clicked in place and each light bar is easily replaced if 1 should ever fail. I'm sold on the Spiderfarmer stuff, I've not seen any issues with the lights and they seem to perform well

Yea I was on the farm before AlexGrowns. It's funny to hear about Moncton I was there last week for a military aptitude test, don't think I'm ending up going to join but hey small world.

I went through Moncton yesterday...twice...on the return trip from Calais Maine it was 32c hot for us around 3:30pm.

I moved my revegged auto into the 3x3 under the G3000 I have it set at 60% about 2ft from the tops. I had to set up another dehue in my basement and I put this one along side the tent set at 55% I have to strike a balance between Flowering and Vegging.

I also moved my far red light and suspended it under the G3000 on a timer for 20 min ...5 min before lights out to 15 minutes after. I'm not sure if its sped things up or not as I'm approaching 3 weeks and the buds are as expected by this time.

Looking good though, she's spread out nicely with lots of bud sites, if I can control the moisture better than on my last batch. I watered her today after 2 back to back feeding. I learned with the auto pots I can feed them more...more often than I had been and they'll still thrive.

I hung 3 small fans at the back of the tent this time with 2 up high and 1 down low. The one down low is self osculating I have it hung from the centre pole on a rope and I modified the grill by cutting out a few plastic ribs to increase air flow and the fan now osculates on its own, it swings left to right across the canopy...funny as heck but eh it works. I have proper osculating fans but if this works What the heck.

I cleaned all of my pots air domes and lines, I've set up my 6 pots in my 5x5 under 2 SpiderFarmer SE3000 lights. I only have 2 Quebec Blue clones in 2 pots now but by the end of the day I should have the rest in place.

The air domes do make a difference 2 show obvious desire for O2 in the root zone and 2 only show a small bit of interest. It may have been the way I set them up...2 correctly & 2 not....Now to figure out what I did wrong on 2 of them.

My revegged auto is at 3 weeks now, very small buds but there are a lot of them all glowing under the G3000 set at 60% about 2 ft from the canopy

Happy Canada day to all of us in Canada & where ever you are.

I've had another bout of illness like a mini version of what I had the first of the month, not as hard as the first bout but I hope this isn't a reoccurring thing. I've been able to transplant all of my plants to the auto pots and move them into my 5x5, I have the lines in place and connected except for the 2 new pots.

When ordering I didn't realize I'd need another 1/4" barbed cross connector to join the lines. I've configured 2 T's into a cross but I'd like the appropriate part........find one.....I've tried a bunch of places locally and no such luck finding one....I can order one online for 50 cents each...$25 shipping. I'm still looking

I fed my reveg in my 3x3 ....5/5/10/5/ ml Micro Grow Bloom Cal/Mag/ gal I'll add the dry Kool Bloom next feed. Buds are very small for her age but she has a lot of them so as long as they're hard they'll be fine

I'll post new pics later today I hope.
