I wasted no time starting up again, for no other reason then the last crop was very successful and demand is high with the holidays around the corner.......expect minimal posting until we get into flowering.

100% sprouting in a couple of days with the Ethos and 95% on the White Truffle, but it's early and the single bean still may pop. 12 plants each, up from 9 plants each side over the last year or so......I started 15 seeds of each so some pots have double seeds in case I need one of them moving forward.

Curious what all the USA seed banks are going to do with all their left over stock once December rolls around.......I'm sure November will have lots of sales, like what's going on with the gummies already. B2ACG has informed me he does not plan on continuing backdoor sales, on advice from his lawyer. So I guess if you want his stuff, Anesia Seeds is the place you'll have to go. I have a years worth of seeds in the fridge, not sure what I'll do after that......

Smoked a little of that today.........still buzzed actually.

What did you win..a light 🙂.is that canna granny …..Marijan

Nothing but a banner on the site.........And I think and entry into best of year, which I assume has prizes. Cheap, crappy site, very cliquish.....

You’ll let them all grow for abit though won’t ya.uno ..just incase you have a couple under performers.

Yup, no rush.......once they start crowding, I keep the healthiest and remove the rest. Both these strains finish in about 8 weeks, which is nice.

So the Early Lemon Berry is a Member Berry pink grapefruit pheno x lemon skunk hybrid. I did member berry in July, 2018 and a one page thread was started over at the farm and abruptly was ended........don't remember why. But the grow was in my old room, just this one strain, 24 plants. Look at the beast in the back right, day 28 in veg right before flowering was started. P.S.- just looking at this pic reminded me how difficult it was to hand water the back row in this room, such a pain in the ars.

Found this pic of mine of finished Member Berry on RIUIMG_4448.png
high yield, great bag appeal, zero buzz........it was the strain that convinced me to move on from Ethos....but I didn't pheno hunt and the grapefruit pheno was the "one".......I'm sure out of 24 plants there were a few of those but I don't pay enough attention when harvesting and packaging.

Nice ..I’m a little jelly..what is your soil base again what it’s made out of..I seriously need to look into this..

Common Core Ingredients of Promix..........
    • Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss: Makes up the main base (typically ranging from 45% to 85% depending on the specific mix) to provide a spongy structure, aeration, and moisture retention.
    • Perlite: Expanded volcanic rock added to improve drainage and air porosity around plant roots.
    • Limestone: Calcitic and/or dolomitic limestone is used to adjust and balance the pH of the acidic peat moss.
    • Wetting Agent: Helps water absorb evenly into the peat moss rather than be repelled when dry.
    • Mycorrhizae (MYCOACTIVE / PTB297): Beneficial endomycorrhizal fungi that bind with root systems to improve nutrient and water uptake.

They make multiple variations of the mix, i.e. HP which has larger larger of perlite, others that include a fungicide, etc., etc.......I use 3.8 cu. ft. bales, white bag which has the mycorrhizae. I believe the dark bags to not have the mycorrhizae.

Typically around $55 a bale, which fills between 11-12 4 or 5 gallon pots. Places that know you're growing, will typically charge around $80 a bale or more to take advantage of growers.....

Which one do you use .i gather yours holds more water so less watering.would yours b closer to 85% ..at 45% waters going to move through it quickly so would b watering little as you would get runoff with a good amount of watering..something you don’t want..

Closest I have found is straight Canadian peat at 39 bucks for 25 litres lol.😳

I use what ever I can get my hands on....if I use a regular bag, normally BX, I add a large dose of perlite to each bale when mixing. This time I got HP, so no extra perlite is necessary as HP stands for high porosity, meaning water flows more readily thru it (they either add more perlite or use bigger chunks of it).

Either way though, I generally water the same no matter what I use.

I again wanted to mention how well these Gavita's have held up. Max can correct me but I think I've been using these 5 1/2 years now and not a single issue, and I'm still able to max yield. I've bumped these things 100's of times, and my head has the scars to prove it. The one thing I would improve on the lights is go rounded corners, the corners are murder on these things.

Max, peat moss is very acidic straight out of the bag.......that's why it's difficult to use store bought. I think if I remember correctly, Premier, the manufacturer, washes this out many times to reduce the acidic nature and then uses 2 types of lime- one short acting and one long acting- so you can get thru the crop with minimal issues......
