Damn.I’ve had that more than once.i just tape em up and stake em.it’s remarkable how some branches stay alive hanging on just by there skin ..man that wind must of been howling .

Yep. CG puts a bit of raw honey in the split first. I haven’t tried that yet but taping or tying it closed works as long as some skin is still attached.

i thought about it for a second.. i got lazy.. it was getting dark and i didn't time and didn't feel like rushing around to do it. i lifted the one branch and it snapped the other way and came off. i've tied and wrapped branches up before and you're right, it is remarkable just how resilient they can be to a split repair.

split the branch, tie it or wrap it and she never misses a beat, no wilting or anything.. miss one watering and she's all like wilt city... females!! i'll never understand them!!

It's almost time here like it or not up here.
The plants are covered with thick condensation that takes forever to dry along with mid low 40s most nights.
I have blown them off in am but it really is too much to be good. It does not completely dry until full sun exposure. If it was cloudy they may stay wet all day, like it was raining.
I have found 2 small spots of rot each on separate plant.
Nothing big and clearly just were a dead leaf had settled or the like from outdoors.
