but we got lots and lots of headroom!!!!! i put another set of hooks in right away for the top net in case i need it. i put them 12" above the first hooks. it's low enough that i can reach all the way to back row to organize or reposition if i need to so that was unexpected. thought i was once and done but i have some control yet.
and i officially flipped!!!!!! so after 10 weeks and 5 days of veg we are now week 1 day 1 of 12/12.. light spectrum was changed to pre flower and increased 10% for a total of almost 90% right now. (90R-90W-45B)

man for $40 range i'd buy two!!!!!! not joking!! i went down there and didn't see any so i asked... the lady looked at me like i was from another planet asking for a brisket on sale!! they had the london broil advertised along with the brisket, she brings one out and i'm not 100% sure what all your lingo means in brisket cuts but i got a pretty damn good idea from your explanations without even seeing any. so we have two kinds.. whole brisket which is your packer. ( we don't get to choose grades) and we have a fully trimmed point OR flat separate for over $12 a pound. PASS!!! so she brings out a "packer" ... $96!!!! i asked about the sale and she went into mindblown mode and never heard of it!!! pretty sure the add says it... so fuck it i didn't buy one!!! no brisket for stoneyluv. so i bought stuff to make pizza and tacos instead.

so today was my tax day... i go to an accountant anymore, i have a few side hustles and it makes my brain hurt and besides my accountant takes trade in moonshine so his services only costs me hobby fun!!!! i'm almost out of shine... but good news is i had enough stashed away and even get to keep almost $800!!!! well..... we got to quickly spend 800 anyway... it's freakin gone already!!!! hahaha we got a couple toys and the rest went into the house fund for repairs.
but i thought i was gonna have to dip into my savings to finish off the payment.. i just set money aside twice a year and pay it all at once. i;ve tried to quarterly thing and didn't like it.. i do better just once and done like a bandaid and get over with!!! but man either way i had shine with me to either celebrate or drown in misery!!!![]()

Our taxes are pretty simple so I just use Intuit and efile online. We usually get around a $1100-$1800 return. Lowest was $1100 in 2017 thanks to Trumps tax the middle class so the wealthy would be taxed less policy of 2017.Between that and covid furloughs, 2017-2020 were our worst years of income since we'd been working these jobs. Slowly been getting a little more back on the federal return but now we're on the threshold of being in a new tax bracket with our higher salaries so I doubt the return will ever be more than $1500 after this year.
We don't have state taxes but do pay insanely high property taxes. We have to save $700/month to pay it and they always send that $8000 bill the week after Thanksgiving so that federal return just pays a different tax.Cruel as it gets taxing people during the holidays. So yeah between federal and local I'm in the I fucking hate taxes boat.

I pulled a 6lb vac sealed Wagyu corned beef brisket from Snake River Farms they had on clearance from St. Patty's day for only $38. Yep! Gotta little something for sous vide! I packed it away in the deep freeze for some other time though.
I was thinking the mainline should get you arm size colas? The counter cut style of mainline I'd do always got me spear like towers like that. But now with no veg they're about the size of a fist or like two large eggs stacked on top of each other then everything else is golf balls.

That was not a race. It was a fucking coronation ceremony for Hendricks Racing. Boring is an understatement and now I know why so many fans think it's rigged in favor of Hendricks and JGR. Didn't feel rigged to me but it was about a 3 on the exciting scale and predictable.
Finally got a chance to watch live and had the #14 scanner going too. Good debate on whether or not to go with a two tire pit and there was chatter about SMT showing 14 being faster than both 22 and 48 but never could make the move in that traffic.
Thin crowd last week and this week too. For a couple historic tracks that had me wondering WTF. I guess fans in that area are just spoiled IDK.
I did move up to 3rd in the pool and think put some distance between me and 4th place. And I have the #5 at Texas this week so that seems like a good choice but yeah he does seem like the odd man out with that team really wanting the 9 and 24 in victory lane. I want the 5 to win for selfish reasons but will not be sad to see an underdog take the checker at No Limits on Sunday.
Looks like your plants don't stretch at all huh? Like just a slow and steady growth after upcan and flip? They do look happy and healthy though so that's good. Mine always seem to lose their shit and go nuts and it don't matter the soil or lights or nutes. Hydro or organic too, they just stretch it out. Day to day it's like new plants fill the space from the day before.
Yeah we pay a sale tax on everything except for when there's a sales tax holiday and that's pretty much for people with kids to save on back to school shopping. Sales tax is something like 8.5% last I checked.
On the beef yeah grass fed is pretty much another way of saying this beef did not come from a stockyard and was not fed with GMO grains.
Wagyu is more fad than anything IMO. Show me Texas raised Black Angus and I'll show you the best choice in beef there is as far as that goes. But yeah BA can only be had from the butcher and he aint fucking around on that price. Ground beef is $10/lb and a good ribeye is around $60/lb.
Here's the packers costco offers. Next time I'm at HEB I'll get pics of that too. I never thought about asking them to trim it though. Next time I'll ask about that

i'm getting a little more than an inch of growth a day from each top.. i only have a couple now that haven't reached the net so i'm fairly happy with my height choice, a little bit higher up would have been perfect though...
one thing that has been bugging me since i first put them in though, i moved them around and organized them by height when i put the net on. i should have organized them by harvest time instead and just hope i didn't screw myself.
i figured their roots are growing their last little bit so i gave them some great white/killer crab/green amino combo probably for the last time. from here on out it will be just sugars and bloom nutes. i also bumped the light up to full power. i'm still in pre flower spectrum but as soon as i see more plants with pistils i'll take 10% blue out and roll with the same 99-99-40 in flower that i did the last three rounds.
no complaints at all though.. it takes more water with 15 pots than it does with 9 i noticed that. my power wand has been awesome!! i've pumped about 12 gallons through it so far and i'm still on the first charge. i'm sure the first time will last longer tahn all the later charges will but i'm usually pretty good with rechargeable and conditioning them for a long life so hopefully they're quality batteries (japan) and it lasts. but so far so good!!! the misting feature is nut good for seedlings though, too strong and powerful spray for gentle plants.

yeah you withoout a doubt have better prices on beef than i do. there isn't a single cut of red meat for $4.29 in my local store. and yesterday we had one brisket... and i swear it's the same one that lady brought out to me last friday, i mean what are the chances they had two the exact same price?!?!!

I'd say you get growth and I get stretch. I'd love to have growth because it would make things much more manageable but instead I've had to build my room for stretch and change how I grow with the no veg to accommodate.
Stretch for me is a whopping 3-5" daily stretch between one node to the next and it slows or stops at around 6" gaps but the top shoot still keeps climbing like it wants to eat the light.
It even happens to me outdoors so there's no way for me to point at ____ and say that causes stretch.

my mom calls them quesadillas but i know they don't normally have lettuce or sour cream. i like guac too but i just never seem to have an avocado on hand. i cooked the beans with onions and garlic with spices and cilantro and mashed em up, don't normally do that often but it makes it taste better i'm just normally lazy... turned out good though!! i even snuck in a tablespoon of cajun season so they had a tin kick to them!! hehe i can't go crazy for the family, they hate the spice!

@Stoneyluv when you say sugar, do you mean like actual sugar? Would a QWET resin work in this application and if so would you use the 1.6, 1.7 or 1.8 grams sugar for that?damn man, i can't really help much on the doctor stuff but i sure can help on the outlaw side...
this is how i make them in a no waste no mess fashion...
i start with a syringe, i use 3ml because that's what i got used to and was comfortable for me but you can use bigger ones if you want a bigger batch, i wouldn't really go any smaller though.
put your favorite full melt concentrate in the capped syringe, no plant material!! for a 3ml syringe i use 1.7 grams of sugar, if you use something stiffer like shatter then only for 1.6grams and if you're using squish or something loose then go up to 1.8 grams...

the next thing you will need is a liquidfier, there are a few brands out there and you don't need this exact brand but this is my favorite..
use the dropper to fill up the syringe, it won't take much.... then i put a small rubber cap on it. the cap doesn't need to be tight, just to keep the liquid from falling out if i tilt it...

then i put it in a mason jar and tighten the lid and set it in a pot of water... it doesn't need to be submerged, if you use too much water the jar will float and tip over, hence needing the rubber cap on the syringe.
don't boil it, just get it warm enough to where small bubbles form on the bottom of the pot then back the heat down a hair from there. use a small electric hot plate for this. and i cover the pot with a lid to keep the heat in.

you let that sit in the hot water covered for 20-30 minutes or so... till the syringe is quite warm to the touch.
this is where it will get a little tricky for ya, you need to mix it up in the syringe. this can be done by hand with a dab tool but it will take a good 20 minutes of hand stirring and not that practical. most peeps get tired at the five minute mark.
i cheat... i happen to have one of those cheap weed grinders that have batteries and a small blade to chop up the weed, they're garbage for buds but awesome for mixing... i shoved a dab tool on the evd where the blade was attached,,, it's kid of like an immersion mixer for the syringe.

the first mixing looks translucent like in the video, once mixed put it back on the heat for another ten minutes or so then mix it one last time and it then becomes clear. from there you can either eat it as is just applying it directly to your sore or put it in a vape pen and inhale to get high.
that was kinda the quick version, but all the details are there. if you have any questions about getting started let me know. i have been making them for years now so i know what not to do for most of it.

Yep Julie got my pick wrong, slotted me with Assstain but I emailed her this morning to fix it so I have Larson.
He dominates 1.5 mile tracks and he can dominate Texas, no doubt. Last year, yep he had that race won until he slid up the track into the 23 then spun and wrecked into the wall. Picking the 5 at Texas feels like money in the bank. I also have him at the end in Phoenix.
I kinda wish I was gonna be there. First place in the pool has KB. If there's one thing I know, if I'm at the track, KB is gonna have a bad day. Just something about it but he either wrecks, blows a motor, or straight up gets beat when I'm there.
Last year he had to drive around the track backwards. Before that the 1 wiped him out. Blew a motor the race after that. In Chicago he gave that stack of tires a colonoscopy.
On the flip side, bet on Tyler Reddick or Willie B if I'm at the track. Both have two wins each when I'm in attendance and the 45 has finished outside the top 10 only once when I've been at the track.

moisture and plant material are the real killers for vape carts. both can be separated though. but the flavors are hard to hide. the better in the better out when it comes to carts.
