SSHZ does Ethos "Mandarin Cookies R3"

Thanks buddy........i have a serious case of bronchitis, and that, along with recovering from the surgery, has taken a real toll on me. I pulled the Ethos testers, so that only leaves me with 18 of the Mandarin Cookies. I'm barely spending more than a minute in the room daily, other than when I have to water. Just can't catch a break right now, watching football and not doing much else......

Tuesday will be 3 weeks in flowering for these, they may need near 5 weeks to get them to a size I like before flowering. I'll get back to more posting when i start to feel better.
 
Sickness seems to be everywhere.......I called for an appt. with my regular Dr. And the soonest he could see me was 3 weeks........like, WTF? So I’m forced to see someone else in the practice, at another office, if I want to be seen sooner. I generally am placed on a steroid when this happens to reduce symptoms, so I can breath easier- but they won’t prescribe it without see me first. Ok then!
 
Farrrk sake.that’s like here..they should make it avail at the drug store(chemist) or even the dr ringing the store to run a prescription through for you.fuck how long would that take the doctor..fuck all ..that’s what the doc done for my ol girl seems she the one who operated on her and had some slight complications with an infection she got .there is simply not enough docs or nurses here and waiting lists are blowing out .they are making people more sick when it could of been prevented…

I have let the YouTube community MBGS Spartangrown, Chad Westport, and others know about Budbuilders.org and expect more traffic here due to my involvement. We are in a "phase" of a Movement where we all need to stick together to Protect the "Home grower". Cheers and well wishes. SSgrower
 
I am following but not really posting. I am healing well from the surgery, no issues there. But, I developed bronchitis (a deep cough) and then had a bad asthma attack which i'm still fighting. The asthma makes normal breathing an issue, as the lungs fill with fluids and you wheeze in and out, not getting a full breath. It's nearly impossible to breath while laying down.............

So, the wife caught my bronchitis so we're 2 old people eating a lot of soup and sleeping mostly, and not much more. You guys will find out soon enough, when you get older, recovery from illness takes 3x longer than when you were younger. Steroids and cough meds are helping, it just takes a while to get past this.

I water every 3rd day, and am not doing much more other than turning lights on and off. I've neglected the room a bit, and a couple plants look so-so, but by flowering in about 10 days, everything will be back to normal and flowering can begin. Thanks for checking in, i'll really get back to posting when i switch the led's to 12/12.
 
Oh the golden years arent they wounderful being 70 im finding them more like brass but it still beats the alternative lol. That said sshz get well soon and rest stay healthy, Happy holidays to you and yours.

Yep in U.S. we hit a "Donut Hole" with no care except expensive traditional medicine at 60 to 65. I started growin an taking care of myself, only care I'll accept is thru the Emergency room! SSgrower saying Healthy Holiday's growmies
 
I'm appreciative of all you "upper classmen". About to hit the big 4-0 myself. Glad to find the knowledge tree that is this board (for me atleast). I can't get the help I get here on other boards like RIU or 420mag...

Our younger growers here are even well seasoned. It's a good place to be! Hope everyone has many many years of good health and good growing ahead!

BB is hands down the best cannabis forum out there. Its got all the knowledge and cool people.
Riu is trashed, grasscity is trashed, icmag is argumentative as hell, and marijuana passion is iffy at best. I only see like 8 or 10 active people there, same with ICmag.
So help is very very minimal.
I also noticed RIU should just be a political forum now, every thread there is a political one, even if its not under the subcategory "politics"

I got kicked off there for challenging their politics. I asked if calling someone orange was racist because by definition it is judging a person by the color of their skin. Also I just find that one funny when people are like "orange man is racist" lol what a double standard...yea they didn't like my "logic" lol. Regardless of a person's political stance I was just pointing it out to make people better themselves. Oh well
 
4 weeks done veg today, may wait another week or so..........these are not supposed to grow tall so i may not touch them- no topping or defoliating.
 
Again, doing well regarding the surgery. That was 5 weeks ago, still in recovery but healing with no issues.

Bronchitis/Cold/Asthma still battling. Doing ok, and sleeping better. I've lost 29 lbs since March, still no appetite and can't taste food. Wife caught it, she just left for doctors. I have another appt. tomorrow afternoon. Lingering cough seems to be the main issue. But, definitely on the mend. Everybody i talk to is sick or just coming out of it. Covid and masks reduced everyone's ability to fight off infections, this national wave of illness was predicted a year ago.

Lots scheduled around Xmas, not sure what we'll be doing and if family is coming now.......Wife is pretty darn sick. These are just for kids and grandkids, the wife and i didn't buy for each this year since we haven't been out.

lol, I didn't show you the other room. lol Another bike, 4 foot multi level doll house, some stocking stuffers, some little stuff. The wife goes crazy..........

Not good news with the wife at the Drs.............put on steroids, inhaler, antibiotic, one other thing that escapes me. Dr. basically couldn't say whether she was contagious or not, told her to forget about Xmas. She was upset, as there is a lot planned. She called me crying afterwards, thankfully one of my daughters called thru which got me off the hook. lol

Tree is artificial, but paid $750 for it back in 2002. Best investment i ever made. Lots of time goes into putting that together. I stay out of it, just bring it up in a box from the basement and wife does everything else.
 
No good mate..if the ol girls contagious that’s going to make it harder for you to get over this shit..hopefully that’s not the case..
your wifey spoils the kids rotten haha..same here happens aswell.the joy and the expression on the kids faces is priceless when they open there presents..I. bet you will have the camera out to capture there joy with the dolls house.
 
Twins are only 2 years and 3 months old so they are too young to really know what's up.........see pic to the left.

Wife is really down and out, not sure i can get it again since i'm still sick. I guess a Xmas BJ is out of the question. lol

If you ever considered breeding, this very well may be the "building block" of marijuana genetics........I'm serious considering buying some, in case we run into WW3........

It wasn’t my chat message either....or was it? That was there when I logged on. I had asked some time ago about fem seeds, they promised they are working on it and should have some available within 6 months.
 
Back to my Dr. today.......he said I did not sound good in my lungs-asthma issues continues. On to a Allergy/Asthma specialist now too. I developed “Black Hairy Tongue”, and I was worried. Scared the shit out of me. Google it and look for some Images. Dr. diagnosed it in 2 seconds. Caused by over use of antibiotics among other things. I thought I was turning into a werewolf. Can’t taste food, metallic taste in mouth, etc. Back on Steroid, stronger antibiotic, and increased my blood pressure med since it was high. What a f*ckin mess..............
