He’s young and doesn’t need glasses so should be okay. He said some things can be controlled by wifi and an app lets him load files directly without a cable.

i figured as such, just noteworthy but not a deal breaker IMO.

check into this. economical parts that are readily available are kinda important for a cheaper model and especially beginning, mistakes happen..
some parts will need to replaced periodically like nozzles and extruder tubes, print bed coatings, and sometimes extruders can get messed up too. and there's always the chance of a heater or fan, or power supply taking a puke..

parts would be a big one for me. wouldn't want to wait two weeks for a part.

different filaments will cause more wear than others... you mentioned petg, that stuff is rough on some printers trying to keep the heat up. PLA+ (rapid print) is my jam.. it's as tough as petg but soft as pla... it's my goto filament!

I just did a search on their site and it seems to have most of what you note. Most things are cheap, a few are $20-$30. No idea if readily available.

He likes the PLA+ idea. What brand would you recommend? He doesn’t think they have it.

They push a special ams unit that holds four spools, knows where each colour is regardless of location, so he can do multi coloured printing. But if he uses another brand of filament he can manually enter colours location. It’s a separate unit. Not sure he wants it.

according to influencers that i've listened to they say wish they would have bought it from the beginning. they say it's $200 afterwards. imo if it was less that $100 upgrade i would get it. it kind of all depends on how much multi color prints or multi type filament prints he does. filament change out take me about 15-20 seconds so that's a lot of changes to be worth $200 to me. but i don't print hardly any multi color.

Thanks, he knows the brand well now. Reading about this for a few years now. He first looked into them for resin. Mono M5S Pro was another brand he liked.

not to sway him but those resin printers are really pimp for board pieces and intricate models. not really for practical doo dads and stuff but for artsy fartsy those resin drip printers are really cool!!!!

That’s why he wants both. Lol

But I told him to be practical and get the one that does the most he needs for the best price. And research many places before buying. My shopping version of measure twice cut once.

This is about the fourth or fifth printer in the last few years he’s wanted. But I think he’s serious on this Black Friday.
 
Because my liquor license renewal was denied, ATF came out to serve me a paper telling me my rights and what I can do to appeal the decision.

Apparently, alluding police is a violent felony, and is why I was denied.


Weird thing is, I got one a few years ago, the other shit happened in 2017, idk why I was approved the first time, "policy" change perhaps.

But these fuckers coming out just for that? Supposedly...

Yeah that's why if you're gonna evade, you gotta do it all the way lol.

I ran from the cops once, ill never do it again lol. I came down the main road at 110 and he was sitting with his radar. Took him 100mph down some 30 and 40 mph roads, 65 around 15mph corners, jad my car on 2 wheels. Loaded down with shit I shouldn't have had.
Was already on a "no cop contact" order for 12 months from a previous drug charge, so it was run or go to jail.

I chose run and won thankfully lol. Sometimes it pays to live in the same small town you grew up in.

No money jobs there for the average Joe and nothing better for feds to do than watch you all.

Just realized that.
crop from 2 not so big plants in a tent of 4, harvested back in January I think.
I think i have 1 zip left, then idk what i'm going to do lol

likely going to be 4 months before i'll have another harvest and cured.

i'm takin rips too... always lol

Just today I went inside a Little Caesars for the first time in maybe a year, and I in person I ask her for cheese pizza, then i said the detroit (pan) style.
She is going through the buttons on her end for a minute and then looks up and asks "did you want a pizza or cheese sticks?"

If you're all out there with guns and itchy triggers on some hooch, invisible except for the branches...lol....blam, blam, blam......local friends shot out deer hunting...I don't fish either but I don't think they camo the boat.

I hunt on 100 acres of private land and it's just me and my dad.
I wear an orange hat when I'm on the move hut sitting still no orange at all.
Mainly I wanna hide from other people.
We get the occasional trespasser and I like them to be surprised when they nearly step in my lap lol.
Plus anything else warm isn't easy to move in or it's too loud when you do move.

I was looking for all weather gear to ride my bike in and most of the stuff was similar to yours all camo stuff. I thought that if I go squirrelly and head off into the woods, if I get knock out I want search and rescue to be able to spot me, There I am laying in the woods and no one can see me, might as well wear a Gilly suit. Be cool to freak out trespassers though. Zip a shot at a tree behind them from a blind. lol duck and run time...sorry I used to play a lot of COD...my only gun experience that might not be cool in the real world....lol

I know they can't see black because she ran right in front of my car at 55 MPH two weeks ago this coming Saturday, I got the verdict Wednesday it's totaled

Don't know what color your car was but I know you mentioned you hit one earlier this year yourself

I don't get it, if I open the back door and they hear the click 100 yards up the field they all flag their tails and run

but meanwhile they step right out in front of a car you can hear coming a half mile away? 🤷🏻

I'm going to keep it cuz there's no mechanical damage and I've already talked to it a couple of folks about getting some body work done.

Thinking of getting a pickup truck maybe in the spring, haven't had one since the 90s, it will have a big push-bar on the front
 
Soooo, I have a weird thing going on. I have a 9-10 flower period plant that is ripening at week five. Any ideas?
As I said when I put these to flower, it was the worst looking crop I have ever had. That comes from being held in a veg state from the end of May until mid Oct. When it got time to table and flip at the first of August, I went down and was unable to flip. They survived on emergency watering, no feed and the water was straight from the tap at who knows what ph reading. Despite the horrible treatment I fed them up and flipped them. They all surprisingly greened up and flowered. No bumper crop for sure but flowered nevertheless.
Why is this one ripening in half of its normal time?
 
I used to work with a guy who was mistook for a deer and shot in the arm during rifle season in the 80s. At the time, blaze orange legislation has passed, but wasn't yet implemented. Now you have to be wearing a minimum of 100 square inches of blaze orange during rifle season. Anyway, he was just wearing the old style olive drab army jacket.

The guy who shot him was charged and my co-worker had to go to court to give his version of what happened. The judge acknowledged that blaze orange wasn't a law yet, but asked my co-worker, "Don't you think you could have prevented being shot, if you had been wearing blaze orange?" Co-worker replied, "No, your honor. I figure a guy that would shoot a green deer would probably shoot an orange deer, too."

That said, there's no way I'd walk into the woods without blaze orange on. That's just me. I actually worked with another guy who got shot with a shotgun during Spring Gobbler. He was on his own property and was shot by a trespasser. Blaze orange wouldn't work with turkeys, tho.
