also got a new roll of green filament, and my buffalo sauce jug was getting low and prime days always has it on sale.. also got some everything bagel seasoning, i was told it's a game changer when cooking eggs... we will see about this one!!!!

also grabbed a six pack or furnace air filters and i put the new nozzle on and oil filter a few days ago and also vacuumed it out, there wasn't hardly anything in there but i cleaned it anyway. i bought the merv 13 this time.. i've heard mixed reviews about them and wanted to find out for myself. so this will complete my preventive maintenance service for the season. looks like just in time too....

looks like time to close down the pond from the looks of it too... i gotta swap out the thermostat on my truck, it's frozen shut.. i bought one that fails in the open position this time so it can't happen again. it didn't overheat to bad i was close to home so no damage at all just an hour or so of work.

I tell ya man I finally start getting it with short tracks and loved the racing.
I swear on the radio, they get so into it, it sounded like anytime two cars were window to window drivers were throwing rocks and garbage at each other there was so much fender banging.
That race was too good to be overshadowed by what went down in those closing laps.
Chevy and Toyota have some 'splaining to do. Penalties, suspensions, fines, and rule changes might be needed here so it don't happen again.
I'm also feeling like the 24 should be eliminated because he benefited from the manufacturer cheating/directives.
And unfortunately you can't bump Larson back in because it's still a Chevy. Make it the Championship 3 this year since at least those 3 guys actually won to get in.

Man all those cars looked like they drove thru Hell after the race. If I didn't know any better I'd say they had to drive thru a tunnel filled with fire on the backstretch. Entire front end of the 22 was black!

yeah i felt the same way... wasn't as let down as i thought i would be but it still sucks.

that was some shady shit out of those two chevys blocking!!! i don't think i ever seen anything like that before!

but you're right man that was some great racing!! those extra sticky tires seemed to be liked, i didn't hear any teams complaining about rear grip!! now let those motors eat and open up the HP and it would be great as ever!!!!!!!!!!!

i was a little surprised about C Bell... you could hear him get back in the gas while on the wall but he also never really passed anyone doing it. i get the rule is the rule though.. the rule was put in for a reason.

i'd be so down for jut a three way shoot out next week!!! fuck the 24!! who knows maybe karma will make it a 3 way!!

i hope nascar took notes on this race and doesn't get all focused on the penalties.. like you say that was some of the best racing there in a while and man they almost have a second groove of racing there!!! what ever they did with the roughing up the concrete really helped along with the soft compound tires.. and for the love of jesus please give em some horsepower to play with!!!!

a lot of great drivers and teams racing just for fun next week. kinda hope the champ four end up in the back and the rest get to go for it!! i really hope the SHR teams and others not together next year really lay it out at phoenix for one last whorah!!!!

and that will be it till February! man thats a long time without go fast!!!

Man I missed the Xfinity race and forgot to record it!!! Just ended up partying most of the night and forgot it but I did get my points before the green flag dropped.

Oh man antifatigue flooring is just so tits!!! I love having it in my grow room. Best thing though is when I have to get down on my knees and crawl around for something. It's like having knee pads on.
I like that roll too because it's portable and you can use it for thing like under sink work and stuff like that. It really makes a difference in comfort!

Sure they'd like to win but even Briscoe seemed more proud and happy about winning the Southern 500 than that win getting him into the playoffs. Even in that letter to 14 he never mentioned 2 playoff appearances.

They make a huge difference if you’re on your feet a lot. I put them in the work room and kitchen. Wifey likes them too.

I have two that have large holes so it’s like a mesh pattern. Comfortable but a pita to clean. Have to clean up like they are throw rugs, dust and crud collects in the holes.

The Costco thick truck bed ones are great and long lasting too.

we got some rain today, we desperately needed it, been over 40 days or something like that.. we went from twelve days in a row of rain to no rain in over a month. i'm just glad for the forest fires, there's been a few near here in the past week or so.

we can't speak as drivers but as a fan i really like this newer format. some fans hate it and say it's not real racing... i don't man, i remember so many years when jeff gordon or jimmy johnson had the season championship locked up before the last race even happened, even if they wrecked on lap one the second place driver couldn't even catch him. let alone a third or fourth. i just really like the fact that four teams can race for it. when it's only one team in it what are the chances you root for that one guy... with champ four there usually always somebody you can root for.

i personally like this better than the old way.


stage racing seems to be a big controversy with new nascar.. i don't mind them. i love restarts and stage racing brings more restarts!

ya know i looked at it at the store and walked by, stopped and went back and thought nah.. walked away, got ten foot away and stopped and said fuck it! it was the thinness of it that had me walk away the first time. i have some in front of my work bench in the garage and their like 20 years old and almost two inches thick. this one here is like a 1/2".. still glad i got it, even with shrink economy it still works.

me too!!! always have a screen up with the incar!!! two seasons ago nascar announced that it was going to make the cockpit views and team radio on mobil devices only and not on PC anymore. way too many people complained and then they never took it off or sad another word about it!!! ha

Now sometimes, depending, a "strip" may "stress" them a little,so sometimes I let off the PPFD to let them " recover" "easier"....but probably not necessary unless visually apparent otherwise.

thanks for the kind words man!! i was kind of waiting for timing on this defol, sadly i still have fungus gnats and the nematodes aren't completely wiping them out so i decided to order some Stratiolaelaps Scimitus/Hypoaspis Miles predators that kill gnats and spider mites so they will also be a prevention too. the order also came with free ladybugs so i will introduce both tomorrow morning. so i wanted to make sure the soil was topped off and the plants would remain "undisturbed" for the predators to take hold. so a heavy defol was decided because i don't want to have to move them again and also make it easy to introduce the predators.

yeah i'm kinda stretching the rules a bit in my white room with the two plant scrog but i'm a rule breaker by nature so let's ride!! hehehe just wait till i do a two strain scrog!!! ah man, a trop cherry and a my old ARC cut in the same screen.. all red and black!!

i don't know if they'll make it in the cold or not but i put some the miles in my chicken coop, i read they're awesome to have patrol their roosting stick!! so it's why i bought the bigger pack. kinda overkill for my size space but for $40 if they work i won't mind one bit!

We got to test Gore-Tex rain gear for the Army back in the early 90s. Military was looking to get away from Vietnam era ponchos and plastic pants and into something more tactical and it was Gore-Tex who got the contract. Aint no water getting to you with that stuff.

About 5-6 years ago, IDK why, but up in the corner of our bedroom near the window, a ladybug hatching happened.
Thousands of them in a swarm ready to take flight. And man did they stink something gawd awful. I ended up having to get the shopvac and get the swarm off the ceiling.

i know man, i didnt want to be sad so i scheduled work for sunday, told them i'd be there by 7am! i'm a dumbass! not really though because it gets dark so early now i need every hour of daylight i can get.

About 5-6 years ago, IDK why, but up in the corner of our bedroom near the window, a ladybug hatching happened.
Thousands of them in a swarm ready to take flight. And man did they stink something gawd awful. I ended up having to get the shopvac and get the swarm off the ceiling

so far nothing bad from them, i suppose they won't last long. not much to eat really. i'm gonna mix up some yeast/sugar/water for them to munch on. plus a tiny bit more co2!!! plus ladybug farts gotta contain co2 as well so win win!!!

just starting week eight since seed and about two weeks since flower... lights are putting out just over 1K μmol/s to the colas. i'm thinking about making some tea this weekend. the aromas thy're putting out already has me very excited, and how much different they are from each other is quite the variety. cherry pie, candy store, sun of a peach.. they all smell spectacular!! but the amherst sour diesel gives me chills and makes me weak in the knees when i smell her, even at such a young age she is the best smelling plant i've grown! they both smell incredible and the same but for some reason the "can't get right" plant is far more pungent and loud!!!

I'm whipping up another round of terp tea for my girls. Weird how stuff that smells so disgusting makes the ladies smell so purrty.

I wanted to ask you...How big did your Trop Cherry colas get?
Length is great for me but diameter is undersized yet dense. But yeah they're about the diameter of a fat man's thumb. Everything else in the crop is chonker sized except a Thai pheno from Uruz.
My two trop cherries are almost identical in flower size. One plant is about 1' taller and wider then her little sister but same size of flowers and both are starting to get that signature color

i feel i'm off to a good start this round, less than half way through flower and i'm already seeing some leaners!!

Yeah those teas are more like an elixir for plants and I'll see a reaction usually within 12 hours and no later than the next day. The day after is when those aromas really crank up and get loud then they fade back to normal so today I wanna crank it up again.
Wife and I were joking on Sunday...what smells more vile right now? The grow room, the neighbor and her nasty ass stinky burn barrel, or the kitty litter needing a change?

I think the undersized flowers might just be something like a trait from hermie seed stock. Luckily no nanners and they're clean sensi so far, like normal fem seeds but I also noticed my LA outside is also underdeveloped and the more I think about it, have we ever seen chonker sized hermie buds? I can't think of any.
