Newbs 1st grow! Complete failure or a "by the skin of my teeth" documentary 🤔🫣

Yeah I'm hoping it was just genetics, otherwise I'll be in the front row for a shit show in a month lol

If you verified that your tent is free of unintended light sources, It has to be the genetics. Especially if you're actively managing the grow environment .

That was my thought as well.
Can't really say but I still think herms are 90% if not more the gentics.
I have still yet to have one herm and I stress my plants on purpose.
Not improperly but too many don't clarify what stress.
To me light leaks would cause re veg not herming?
My thoughts too. Especially the reveg, but this was an auto so who knows. Autos are usually wonky anyway

Never heard of that seed bank. Not suggesting it’s not reputable. Maybe someone else has experience with them.
I've grown 1 of theirs......I won some in a give away. White label would fit I think.
I remember the Afghan Kush auto was decent....and that's it. I can't remember what the others were.
I found them!...not sure what they are still though.

Salutations ya beautiful ppl! I was slacking and didn't get my tent in order b4 my clones arrived today. They appear healthy, but what would you all do in this situation? Just gut the remaining herm I'm assuming is the start? The remainder of said plant still has some balls, just was trying to maximize the output w a 2nd harvest, fuck that though, yes? Also, should I be wiping down the whole tent and system w an ISO/water solution? Thanks in advance for ur input!

Was the light still on when they arrived?

A spray bottle with 70% iso alcohol makes tent cleanup easy. Turn your lights off and spray the walls, ceiling, and floor. Wiping it down as you go. When you're done, you killed pollen and sanitized your tent.

It was! They seemed to be healthy when I opened the package! Gonna give the iso a try, it's 91% though so thought of diluting it

Salutations! I don't think I did well in the drying aspect as some stems just snapped off. The first harvest of the auto filled 8 1/2 quart jars(2 of which I'll probably have to do some sort of concentrate.) In the next day or 2, more wet trimming for the 2nd round which I'm guessing will fill the remaining 3 jars after drying and more trimming. Dunno what that'll equate to in finished bud, but I think it'll be decent for one mishandled plant?! Trimming sucks!!

I've heard things for and against Boveda... should I be using them in the jars? If so, the ones that do both hydration and dehydration?

That’s a desirable problem.
I both love and hate trim jail. But it all means good times to be had!

Enjoy!
My second go around w it I was procrastinating, till I started trimming, then it was on like donkey kong lol It's kind of therapeutic. Put on some good tunes and just trim. I've done a little dry trim, but IMO, wet trim is the way to go.

Even w this one getting a tiny bit hermed out, I'm thinking I'll get some decent bud and weight. Guess I'll find out in about 2 weeks after the first round goes in the pipe 🙃

Don’t underestimate a good cure.
