ok so I feel like a complete dick now. A few weeks ago I was bitching about a pack of sunshine 4 f2's that I bought and had terrible germ rates I believe Papa Legba was invoked but I sent a message to the guy telling him about it and I really wasn't expecting anything back in return but he got back to me and said he's sending me a replacement pack. I guess there still are a few decent people left in the world

First time growing in straight coco with no perlite and I had about a foot of roots hanging under each pot. Wasn’t sure what to do so I sterilized my trimmer and snipped them all even with the bottom of the pot so hopefully they air prune or I’ll have to put them all on higher risers. Also had some deficiencies and I think the cheap bag of coco I bought was not buffered because I dealt with some calcium issues early on until I upped my nutrients

hey man did you here any rumors about a new bill in PA to allow personal grows? a couple people i know were talking about it like it was getting close or gaining traction. was wondering if you heard anything.

1st Smoke report from latest batch

Strain : Peachez n chem
Breeder: strayfox gardens
Lineage: Peach Oz x Tresdawg

Growing difficulty: very easy not picky
Effects: uppity euphoria with nice eye pressure.

Smell: chem with a funky fruity back end that is hard to describe the type of fruit

Taste : was expecting chem or a slight bit of peach and what I got was candied spiced apples and I’m not mad at all

Purple nepali tester buds
Strain: Purple Nepali duh
breeder: Strayfox gardens
Lineage: Nepali cream x Purple Unicorn f3

Growing: kind of a picky bitch, and this pheno was leafy as hell but nothing too difficult to grow

smell: floral violet funk with a faint pear and cream

Taste: Still not there yet but what I tasted was pretty similar to the smell a little bit too floral for my tastes

effects: much heavier than the peaches n chem a little stoney with some weighted pockets feel to it but not too heavy. a bit foggy on the head buzz

gonna be doing something a little different on this run. While my plants are flowering at day 14 when I do my lower cleanup and defoliation I plan on taking a few cuts of each plant in case I get any winners. Also I will be growing an auto flower plant for the first time since I started growing 4 years ago. I met a group of small breeders in the past year that focus on autos and one of them was kind enough to send me some packs to test for him. The first one up is called Unseen Queen. She is bred by a friend RinseWarrior that I met through a few other friends I met on various forums. The lineage of the strain is his Paradise Express mom which is Mango Haze x Zamaldelica that was hit with pollen from his Cosmic Queen F2 male which is Spacedawg x Chemdogging

Jabba #1 turned out to be a male, he was super late to develop flowers and I’m told that’s a good trait in a male. He’s developing some really nice balls and I’ve decided to keep him and collect some pollen so later when lights come on at 8pm I’ll post some pics
 
woke up a little upset this morning
I specifically went to the dispensary the other day to pick up a Northern Lights vape cart so I could get baked last night and sit on the back porch and watch the Northern Lights, well I overconsumed and fell asleep on the recliner and missed the whole damn thing hahaha
 
Put the male Jabba in the 3x3 and trashed the mother’s milk male. Super cropped the 4 remaining females. The plan is to put the two Jabba females in the 3x3 once the Jabba male starts dropping pollen IMG_3749.jpegIMG_3751.jpegIMG_3753.jpeg
 
I suck at making hash but flower rosin isn’t too horrible when you get a nice cure on the flower. Got a much better than expected yield from the purple Nepali here is a small 2 gram press about enough for a couple nice dabs IMG_3783.jpegIMG_3784.jpeg

Both pollinated jabba females have been placed back into the flower tent. Jabba 1 has thinner leaves and a more slender structure while Jabba 2 has broader leaves with a stockier frame. Mother’s milk and sunshine looking nice at day 26. Some close ups of the unpollinated mothers milk and sunshine 4 and a close up of the Jabba 2 that’s been pollinated. Wild seeing how quickly the pistols changed after being pollinated they originally looked like the others and a few days after shaking the male branches above the females I noticed the pistols starting to die and I read that was a sign that they were preggo

Some day 28 bud shots. Jabba 1 developing a little frost Jabba 2 a little behind in flower development. Mothers milk lookin like she’s gonna be a really nice plant definitely gonna be the largest yielder and the sunshine 4 is looking similar to the peaches n chem I just harvested last month small button sized little chem flowers.

It’s amazing how much taste changes after the cure. When I first sampled these peaches n chem buds I got more of a spiced apple taste and after a 5 week cure I just vaped some and I’m getting blue raspberry cotton candy very intense flavor

While I wait for the plants to finish flowering over the next 6 weeks I decided to throw some auto flowers in the 3x3. Deciding which reg photos I wanna grow next so while I decide I'm gonna get these autos going. I don't usually grow autos I actually started with them and failed badly and I have a friend that's a breeder that sent me some auto seeds and they sound interesting so I figured why not.
The first one up is called Unseen Queen. Its an Old School Mango Haze from Mephisto x G-Chemo-O from NIght Owl he says its a really nice sativa buzz

Day 1 on the autos
The breeder I got these from just got approved to sell packs on glg so this is pretty cool that I’m getting a chance to test these out before they get released to the public. brand name is called Rinse's Reserve IMG_3859.jpeg
 
Day 34 it’s getting stinky in this tent
The mother’s milk plant in the back left is such a nice plant and she smells delightful like a creamy fruit similar to a passion fruit or guava. The two pregnant Jabbas both smell absolutely gross 🤮 which could be a really good thing Jabba 1 smells like coffee that’s been rotting in a dumpster and Jabba 2 smells like a mixture of onions, pickles, and body odor . The sunshine 4 smells like a chemmy pine mixed with a slight citrus like a lemon cleaner with a smell that I can only describe as the beach.

So I've been thinking about what to do next. This seed reproduction is my first baby steps into breeding, trying not to go to fast and get ahead of myself so you don't have to worry about me doing 1 seed repro then all of a sudden putting gardens or farms behind my name LOL. The plan is to create a signature star wars strain using the Jabba Stash strain that I am reproducing and hunting down a nice female from a Lemon Wookie F3 Lavender pheno. I'm going to run the Jabba f2's and work them to F3 and then pick out the nicest F3 male to ensure some stability then hit the Wookie fem with the Jabba pollen to hopefully create Chewie's Stash. Once the F2's are shucked, have a good month in the wine fridge and pass the germ test I will start a post on here and anyone that wants a pack will get one.
