it was Max, i can't remember the ridiculous number they said between 1st and 12th.. but they're all the same!!

do they race right through without pitting cause that would make it slightly better.

they had one break in the middle for tires and adjustments. and they didn't count any yellow flag laps at all. still though man, why there?!?! pick a track that the cars can race on. i can see them wanting a unique place so there is no practice for when they points race at that venue but C'mon already does every single thing need to be fair and everyone get a trophy?!?! wtf!

that race was always reserved for any racer that had a pole position from the previous year. now anybody gets in it seems.

i am too... i listen to the teams radio on the internet and they ask the driver often and even with the fans turned off the 5 team had at least thirty degrees before they got nervous so by the second half the crew chief just let the driver decide if he wanted fans on or not to help with balance. brake fans too. the team kept saying we don't see much glow at all so drivers discretion on brake fans.

these new cars have some really great designs and from what i understand most of it was copied from the super cars you guys have.

I see a couple things.a sequential 5 spd box and a single centre lock wheel nut to hold wheel on.i love those boxes.getting one for my torana.it’s great how the gear shift goes to neutral while still in a gear that makes wicked for quick shifts.you also have an indepentant rear end too

i'm still learning more and more about them.

they're not even a transmission correct? it's more of a gearbox right? it's not similar to a Lenco is it?

where is the reverse? a click below 1st?

use also have an indepentant rear end too

do you guys have issues with rear tow link bars bending or breaking often?

i know you guys can't bump and bang but we seem to have occurring issues with them. it seems once they bend a little it's miserable to swap out in the pits almost better when they completely snap.

the only probs they have is with the watts linkage busting say if you hit a wall or hard contact from the side..they fix them pretty damn quick.they Break reasonably easy .it’s wicked watching the cars ass end moving around when they do.

that's really cool, i didn't realize neutral was between each gear, that explains some of the mis shifts the guys had early on when getting used to them.

i bet once you get used to one of those you'd never want to drive an H ever again!!! spoil ya quick!!

i actually had a straight shifter in an old dodge charger when i was young, that had a separate lever off the side for reverse. no neutral between gears though, had to clutch it and click each gear back to neutral. it was only a four speed though so not many. that thing had a 383 big block in it, smoke the tires for days!!

My wife and I used to zip around in my Zodiac and 9.9HP like that but on a small lake, no real obstacles. She had to be the one up front. Loved crossing our own wake. Cracked my seat once landing hard.

I grew up fishing and swimming the lake we did it on. It was small and pretty shallow. We’d check it over first. Still don’t think I’d try it in a river like that though.

i'm a huge water fan. had boats, jet skis, white water rafting.. i'll have another boat again for sure!!! i'd like to retire on a boat, a big boat.. yacht size, with a growing room on the top deck!!

it's been about ten days now since putting the seedlings into soil and they were about ready for some water so i took the opportunity to give them their second dose of nematodes and a second dose of great white!!

thats the reason you never see a nice vehicle with an awesome system... there's a trade off from practical to insane..

my MTX subs can bounce hair.. i can't flex doors or windows at all. if i could fit my garage system in a car i could flex windows with that setup!

i don't like the flutter from those big woofers though, i prefer a ten inch sub for car. in my opinion there is a tighter snap or punch to a ten that a twelve could never achieve and i wouldn't even waste my time with eights.. so imo ten inch subs are king for car audio!!

body rattle is just laziness!! some guys say it don't matter, but if it's using up energy to vibrate a panel then thats energy lost inside for sound.

i have all my panels lined with dynamat inside under the plastic trim. i had to remove most of the panels to put better speakers and bigger wire in anyway so i just lined it then. it's just peel and stick so super ez!! it's a sound deadening material that goes between the speaks and the metal of the car. awesome for doors and kick panels, really helps keep out road noise as well. from outside my truck you can barely even tell i have a system, helps keep thieves from being nosy too!! then they see the stick shift and go nah... hahahaha!!!!

I had an 01 dodge with the 318, it got like 11mpg....downhill!
I also had a 98 24v Cummins and that thing got almost 25 mpg!
My old man's f250 is even worse, 7.8 mpg

most of the time i'm just clowning but dodge has done some shady shit over the years and most of it just doesn't make any sense... like in the 30's with their left threaded lug nuts on one side of the cars... just dumb!!

and these modern day hemis needing 16 spark plugs just so it fires all the unused fuel in the manifolds before it leaves the engine.. correct me if i'm wrong but isn't the fire supposed to happen INSIDE the cylinder to make power??!?! haha just dumb!

and all their engines require a special transmission.. why??? just dumb.. you can take any chevy small block and bolt it to any chevy small transmission. any combo any year.. dodge forget it, the tranny costs 5x just because they only made 16 of them that year!! just dumb!

i mean i know all mfg's have their downsides but it just seems like dodge over complicates everything possible.

that being said i am a big mopar fan and always will be, most badass cars ever made were mopar! but some were just dumb!!
