Probably for the best though because I tell ya man, if Mahindra made a gas mower, I'd have one and wouldn't need it lol.
Had to shop for a new one recently and stayed with electric but downsized to only 16". I'd be stuck with a bag ass gas mower had my intrusive thoughts and product been in alignment on that one.

yeah gibbs got his first.. he did it good too, clean and raced hard. i thought maybe the 12 would have had something for him on the inside there and was kinda shocked he even took the inside. thought maybe he knew something we didn't, i think he was just trying to go where Gibbs wasn't to have a shot. larson knew he had nothing for those two guys and was just there in case things got messy. it was a fun bristol weekend though!!! larson should have won that race saturday night, he choked that one!!!!

and i am never taking busch in the race pool ever again.

i'm not even ready to start thinking about mowing yet.. it won't be long but i'm just not ready!! haha i think all the tires are up so thats a great start,, it's a briggs motor so it'll start up no problem. the deck belt should prolly get replaced but i'll never get one as good as that one in quality so i'll just leave it till it breaks.

i trimmed all the bushes though and got all that stuff ready. i need to dig a couple holes yet and plant some flowers from easter.. im pretty sure we had our last frost now. i won't trust anything important though till may 14th.. thats our safe garden start date. anything before that is always a gamble.

next up on the list is pond opening and building a new chicken run...

speaking of chickens i saw prime had a sale on the movie stroker ace and with a few digital bucks i had i scored it for $1.47!!! saw the decal set for losi of the chicken car.... tempted!!!!!!

i've been cleaning out the green house the past couple days, i want to put the cover on this year. i want to try and get it put up before spring showers get here.

i didn't check my mail today, might not have checked it saturday either.. i was lucky today and got to take my atv to work down the road close by, i took trails so i never went near the mailboxes at all. i'll check tomorrow, i gotta put he trash out anyway.

i want to start everything in my veg tent and be able to give them a bunch of warmth, better than whats outside right now anyway. just for a few weeks is the plan.

three of the twelve in my mew round won't move on so since it will be warm out i'll put the three outside!!!!!! i thought maybe one was a little funky but she seems to have grown out it... now a runt of the litter though!!

hoping the timing lines up like it did last time where i can take cuttings from these plants to use for the new hydro setup.. it was one of the reasons i held off on this start for a couple weeks.

and i fully plan on waiting a little longer to top like last time... honestly if i can duplicate last round thats what i'm aiming for.

Melons are grown here more like how Ross Chastain grows them. IDK if you've seen his farm, but very hot and dry conditions and planted in mounds.
Most farms are south of us in the rural areas surrounding San Antonio. We'll hit that festival again this year but doubt I'll buy another monster melon lol.
One of those seeds may not even grow for me and is native to central Mexico but I'll FAFO it. They're the white cantaloupe looking ones, not the watermelon.
It's like an cream yellow, striped, football size & shaped, honeydew.
Speaking of Chastain I hit up his hauler at COTA and got melon man valve stem covers for my truck, a #1 party cup, and this shirt for my wife. She loves the double meaning and giggles about it.
I think Ross is a head. Not the first time his merch had some grower innuendo going on

got out my pond filters and cleaned them out good during our ridiculous heat wave.. set them in place just to see how they'd line up and ended up grabbing my impact and bingo bango in five minutes we were up and flowing with no leaks!!!

i didn't spend much on gear this year.. only thing i got was a hot knife for $37... it's got a built in spot light for dark dabbing!!!!!



spend a few hours hanging out a friends.. we smoked a loaded up doob and passed the puffco for 4:20.. we were then shooting pool and out of nowhere the diamond fairy walks in. he had a big ol jar of diamonds so i couldn't resist.. so yeah ended up spending more than i wanted to on 4/20!!! hahaha

an ounce of nice clean rocks....



gonna watch some smokin movie or maybe one of those hulu jobs... right now my woman has full control over the big tv and soundsystem, american idol is on.... i'm like even on 4/20,,, i got the look and knew i was never gonna win anyway.. i'll watch a stoner movie in another room with subtitles!!! hahahaha

So to go along with my carbon fiber and titanium bong from the Boeing low orbit project, I have a pipe coming made by a 3D printer that printed titanium parts for Artemis. They only made a few dozen and sold out in minutes. Like the size of my pinky finger too so maybe really only has a use for hash but I'm still super excited about it

I thought the stuff was boozy until I saw him put a can to his mouth and was like WTF? My guy don't drink! Then I looked it up and realized it was just spring water.
I use spring water to launch every grow I do so I ordered 3 cases of this stuff. Two regular and one sparkling. I'll included a few cans for you to drink and use for your VG too.

I'm also getting ready to do that new VG thread but will work behind the scenes on it because I've ordered some black toilet paper and cellophane to use in my transparent VG. Along with Ninjas timelapes rec, I'm going to try and film a germination

he did great on the g/w/c... came out what 10th or 11th?? first guy on four tires... finished 3rd.. NICE!!!!!!!! the team rebounded quick in past couple weeks!!!!

so yesterday at the grocery store i picked up some crab and some masa harina... gonna try my hand at some san antonio puffy tacos tonight!!!!!!!!

i really have nothing to compare to at all. never had a puffy taco in SA when i was there.. a second trip there in on my bucket list though!!! i'll gladly skip the alamo tour the second time around though!! hahahaha

gonna try them a few ways.. one just a traditional type crab sammy with mayo lettuce and tomato. one with some butter sauteed portabellas on top. and one spicy i think.

hopefully they turn out good... and maybe a little photogenic would be cool too!!! hehe

my version of the san antonio puffy taco... i'd like a redo please.. i didn't use a wide enough spatula and had to use two side by side and it made for a not so uniform crease.. other than that it went just like on tv.

To know the puffy taco, you gotta start with Ray or Henry, the brothers who invented them back in the 50s.
I prefer Ray's but really only because the space is an old drive in style restaurant and along with the tacos, has the best enchiladas ever too. Henry just does the tacos and I'd say they're both about the same.

The legend of the tool is legit. Seriously. Stealth technology got out before the secret of the puffy taco tool got out and even then, the mass produced tool isn't what they use. It's more like tongs but with one arm being split like a Y and the other tong fits in the middle to fold the tortilla

I've tried to make them but since we got a restaurant here that keeps the SA style of TexMex legit, we go there. Not many spots do them though.
I like SA a lot too. Austin has gotten to be too cosmopolitan and pretentious. Still the BBQ capitol of the world but that 3 meat platter will run you about $150 today.
Houston and Dallas have everything but are just so big. Houston is the NYC of the South. El Paso is the armpit of the USA but great food.
I also pretty much consider anything north of me to be Southern Oklahoma so there's that.
For me, it's SA, most of the small towns around SA and Austin, the Hill Country, The desert/Big Bend, and the entire coast of Texas. The best food, people, and vibes are in those spots.

Briscoe is just an awkward goober man. He needs media training which is weird since he's on a team with a former football coach so you'd think it would be like football where they spend an afternoon in the offseason doing media training. But no...my guy walking around sipping a can all weird while holding the real water bottle he's using below it. Sometimes it looked like a yard long Yeti water bottle. I know ASSC is an apparel brand and all about the collaboration. They had the tent activation at COTA where I got the gc.
I'm wondering about the slogan and graphics, mainly 747 I'm still here.

The Darlington shirt is pretty obvious with the Too Tough To Tame on the front and turn 3-4 on the back. It's abstract but if you know racing, you know it's about Darlington. I just can't figure out if 747 is about Daytona or 'Dega or something else

I didn't see much if any of the draft. Watched the racing though all weekend long and it was good. 1st time winners in all three races was cool to see.
Even ARCA was really good but the Cleetus thing is getting over played now. One hillbilly millionaire youtuber talking crazy and doing funny shit is awesome but if they start trying to fill the field with those guys it'll get stupid and lame real fast.

Now the hats they got all have a checkered flag attached and that's just so fucking cool for that crowd IMO.
Horrible days for the 5 and 19 but it's Dega. I kinda feel like the 19 will either win or wreck that race so I don't get too high or too low for either and just try to enjoy the day. Had fun and Freebird water did not bring any good luck but that's the way it goes sometimes.

i didn't do much more with the garden yet, i planted a bunch of seeds in trays and have them in the tent right now over a heatmat. i plan to put down the cardboard today for the melon patch. i didn't do much gardening at all over the weekend, i was pretty lazy to be honest.

i didn't top the plants at all.. they're all right there at the edge so i decided to wait another node or two first. i want cuttings from each one like i did last round so i'll wait till node 7 or 8 to top.. half are right there and half are just under that.
i didn't harvest the hydro plants yet either... i'm still getting some swell and they're just not ready yet. not huge at all, right around a bottle neck size but there is a lot of them. i'd like to have them harvested and the new setup in for a couple weeks before the clones are ready just to have extra time for leak tests and prep.

The Lionel site crashed Sunday night. Got back up and 12 hours later had set records for minimum orders on all finishes.
My car had an order limit of only one per customer but I'm fine with that since I have no interest in selling it later.
There's already 3rd party scams running too. That race win won't be out until next year so anybody claiming they have it for sale today is scamming.
Also got a shirt of the celebration that reads Hell Yeah Hurricane with him hanging out the car. Not sure what's up with kids these days doing burnouts while hanging out the window but it's a thing lol. I think it started with the street take-over scenes. Happy to see the new head of NASCAR greenlight it with no fine or anything too. Let these drivers be human and show some personality. Kyle Larson vs The Double could be interesting. I think it's date is May 21st and will be about the '24 and '25 attempts at the double.

yes i forgot to mention the whole new CEO thing... i think thas pretty cool, the france family has ruled for way too long, time for new blood. this past ceo was only going to be temp anyway, the one before him got popped with oxy's in a baggie up in new york a few years back.

i picked up a three pack of replacement tips for my new hot knife.. i so want to figure out how to put a black blade on it, Focus only sells the white ones.. freakin racists!!



i'm pretty sure it's just a two wire with a rubber plug sandwiching the wires like most other smoke stuff.. i'm pretty sure the blades are epoxied in place, thats kind of the issue.. getting it off without breaking the blade. i also thought about maybe trying to stain the white blade somehow. but something tells me thats impossible with glazed ceramic.

i have a feeling i'm gonna lose on this one. i might try to butcher the chrome one first that i got instead of ruining the black one. idk.. maybe i'll just knuckle in and deal with it... grrrrr.. thats always makes me feel like a chump. i hate the feeling of chump!!!

i aslo picked up a new screen door for my polytunnel... these things take a beating after a few years, my other one the magnet fell down two sections and i couldn't get it to slide back up.. spent $10 on a new one so i can pay a trash company to fill landfills with my broken shit..

We tried those magnetic screen doors. They kind of fell apart and the tape that sticks the Velcro to the frame sucked. Kids and dog had it falling down after a few days. We only used it the one year before putting away or tossing. You should have better luck with your location I’d think. Less traffic.

this is now my third one, the first one i got pretty late in the season and my neighbors loved it so at the end of that season i gave it to them and bought myself a new one. i was tempted to go with the exact same for the third but i grabbed one an inch wider to make it easier on me.

i never once trusted the adhesive on the velcro, my velcro is stapled to the wood frame. it's the original stuff from the first one, i never take that off and it stays there all year. the screen side i bring in each winter when i take the cover off. i guess i was just to rough folding it up or something because i tore the stitching inside that keeps the magnets in place. plus it had been shrinking from being in sun for a few seasons now.

i'll keep buying them dammit.. the convenience has me sold man.. i'm hooked..

forum update is going down tonight!!!! i am so excited!!! a little nervous, but way mostly excited. i still have no clue if four of our add-ons will work with the new version.. i've asked all kinds of people and nobody seems to know.. hahaha i'll find out tonight!!! haha

our shoutbox, image resizer, thread rating, and image optimizer all come from four different companies.. they all jive with xenforo but i have a feeling with new version they're all gonna have their hand out lookin for $$$!!!!! one place doesn't seem bad if i need to buy the image resizer, that one is like $35 for the year and you get access to like 650 different add ons.. all kinds of cool stuff. you get the tech and service included for the year and then after the year is over you get to keep the version and just don't get updates or help anymore. they happen to have a chatbox versus a shout box so maybe i buy the multi one first and see if i can bundle anything like that.. the shoutbox is only $15 but hey whatever i can save is cool!! the very most is only $30 and thats for the image optimizer and i'll buy this one no brainer if i need to, this keeps the images smaller to save server space which saves lots of money down the road.

so with those three that only leaves one left and thats the thread rating system.. it only cost $10 for the new version.. it;'s like yeah update everything exactly same but leave just one out for only $10... nah!!!! that ain't happening.... hell, i just spend $10 because i didn't want to sew my screendoor!!!! hahaha

but yeah i was able to schedule off work tomorrow so i will pull an all night'r and play web site guy!!!! it's not really much i can fuck up, i just click the upgrade now button and then wait.. if it doesn't come up after a while i'll email our server guy and he said he has my back first thing in the morning. if it does come back up i'll then start importing the add ons and themes. i'm told this takes minutes but i have a strong feeling it will take me hours.

they spell it out for me pretty good though, i just need to follow the steps.. seems pretty straight forward..


the add-ons seem to be the exact same way, it's just importing a zip file into the dashboard of out server and clicking go..

i'm hoping its so easy even a caveman can do it!!!!! or at least a stoner hillbilly!!!!!! hahaha

forum update is going down tonight!!!! i am so excited!!! a little nervous, but way mostly excited. i still have no clue if four of our add-ons will work with the new version.. i've asked all kinds of people and nobody seems to know.. hahaha i'll find out tonight!!! haha

our shoutbox, image resizer, thread rating, and image optimizer all come from four different companies.. they all jive with xenforo but i have a feeling with new version they're all gonna have their hand out lookin for $$$!!!!! one place doesn't seem bad if i need to buy the image resizer, that one is like $35 for the year and you get access to like 650 different add ons.. all kinds of cool stuff. you get the tech and service included for the year and then after the year is over you get to keep the version and just don't get updates or help anymore. they happen to have a chatbox versus a shout box so maybe i buy the multi one first and see if i can bundle anything like that.. the shoutbox is only $15 but hey whatever i can save is cool!! the very most is only $30 and thats for the image optimizer and i'll buy this one no brainer if i need to, this keeps the images smaller to save server space which saves lots of money down the road.

so with those three that only leaves one left and thats the thread rating system.. it only cost $10 for the new version.. it;'s like yeah update everything exactly same but leave just one out for only $10... nah!!!! that ain't happening.... hell, i just spend $10 because i didn't want to sew my screendoor!!!! hahaha

but yeah i was able to schedule off work tomorrow so i will pull an all night'r and play web site guy!!!! it's not really much i can fuck up, i just click the upgrade now button and then wait.. if it doesn't come up after a while i'll email our server guy and he said he has my back first thing in the morning. if it does come back up i'll then start importing the add ons and themes. i'm told this takes minutes but i have a strong feeling it will take me hours.

they spell it out for me pretty good though, i just need to follow the steps.. seems pretty straight forward..

the add-ons seem to be the exact same way, it's just importing a zip file into the dashboard of out server and clicking go..

Dogs know how to walk thru it and cats go under it. Birds avoid it. I love it because we're an open floor plan and door/window home so for about 6 months of the year, heating and cooling is ambient and those screens let the air flow in, thru, and out the home. It's why I don't complain about weather or heating or cooling costs because those screens do miracle work for me and my budget.

Man, all I know is you need a Galadriel Dreams lol. She made our work so ez and had shit humming. Could figure out any issue and track shit down like a bloodhound. I don't even know how you'd get somebody like her. We were just very lucky there for a while. Good luck with it all buddy!

yup, thats excatly what i did.. this is like what the fifth year or so.. a couple staples were backing out this year so i just pushed back in with my finger and we're good to go!!!! this new one has a thicker wider top velcro header piece than my old one so i might put that one up one day instead.. just the header part though, i'll leave the sides alone!!

keeps me from having to run electricity down there and need a fan at all so i consider it a blessing.. a few years ago a local rabbit learned how to get in, that was the year i had more lettuce than we could ever eat so i left him much out everyday!! haha he was the only, never brought any bunny friends over so he had it all to himself!!

OH man if we had her here i wouldn't even be part of staff!!! she was amazing!! she knew that system inside and out and never even needed to tell anyone about updates and stuff. i'd even run her a full time 24/7 loop of lord of the rings if she came here!!!! hahaha

one thing that really love about this though man is it's pushing me to learn new things. i didn't get much training from Moe, he kinda said here take a look around, i'd like somebody to back me up so i can take a break now and then... HA! yeah, hey here you own BB now.. congrats!!! hahahaha not really that fast but kinda man!! haha

but to be 100% straight up if you guys keep showing up and posting and want to have this place to come to then Steam and i will do whatever we have to to keep it going!!! it's not much work and not much money, its all about the people!!!!!!

i got some new contests coming up right after the update too.. got some killer seeds to give away and would kinda like to look into maybe doing a prize vault thing like you used to do. that whole time period and prize vault thing is what brought you and i together and when we first became friends, i'd love to do a pay it forward type of thing and follow that model. and i would also like to harvest up my hydro scrog and do a "guess this weight" contest with a custom goodie box from me as the prize.

this is now my third one, the first one i got pretty late in the season and my neighbors loved it so at the end of that season i gave it to them and bought myself a new one. i was tempted to go with the exact same for the third but i grabbed one an inch wider to make it easier on me.

i never once trusted the adhesive on the velcro, my velcro is stapled to the wood frame. it's the original stuff from the first one, i never take that off and it stays there all year. the screen side i bring in each winter when i take the cover off. i guess i was just to rough folding it up or something because i tore the stitching inside that keeps the magnets in place. plus it had been shrinking from being in sun for a few seasons now.

We got two years ago. I know one got FUBAR but the other should still be in the blue box. Maybe I’ll give it a second chance if we can even find it. Pretty sure Willow would enjoy it if she doesn’t wreck it.

i never cut the excess off the bottom of mine, my goal was to keep things out but i bet for pets you could trim the bottom off to just kiss the floor to make it easier for Willow to get through and still keep the bugs out.
