This system works remarkably well when it's fully tended to with the pH and RH in check.

Banana Saph has a one rooted as well, so mama will be stepping down as soon as I can trust the roots on the newbie.

It's usually referred to as the Motherdro setup.
Started with the idea of just keeping moms alive in a Hydro setup. Slow and unsuccessful cloning attempts in some groplugs lead into integrating a cloner setup in the mix.
Moms plugged a pipe or two so it's expanded and adapted to an 8x8 tent from a 4x4. The lighting consists of a broken down SpiderFarmer SF5000 utilizing only 4 of the 6 bars.


it's been a dope litte project and my current run really seems to be a keeper so I'm glad I figured it all out in time. Got these Cherry Pie clones about all rooted and ready for chop day in the big girl tent.

What do we think I'm looking at here?
I believe this is Zamal Dreams, but it's one I lost track of while back. Zamal needed extra Magnesium, early on. Is this a sever lack of Mg?

I would say Mg and too much light for first pic.
The curl is the light IMO.
Funny how the leaves around do not seem as affected.
Last pic definitely looks like Mg to me.
I know many do not install until X weeks in flower.
I have never made it through veg without needing it.

I've had so many runs that were prettied up with epsom salt. The original Zamal in the tent needed it and she ended up thriving. First one to plug the line

I'll add some epsom to the mix. Tote needs topped off anyway. I could probably turn the lights down a bit. That new curled growth happened when I moved it to the top shelf so too might light would make sense. It was shaded by it's mama until that point.

The Cherry Pies are one of the few things I seem to have done right recently. Really the mother tent in general has made a really nice turnaround, so I can't say that.

They're healthy and rooted and ready to go. Right on time.
