I just made a terrible mistake that could spell disaster. I was adjusting the exhaust settings last night and accidentally shut it off. Indoor humidity was 82% at lights on.

The circulating fans were on the whole time; I opened the door at lights on and fog poured out- but the plants look good.a

In one of the 2 x 2's I have I only have a manual humidifier to humidify it. The 5 x 5 and one of the 2 x 2's I have a T3 keeping everything in range. I forgot to turn off the manual humi once and when I woke up the next morning I remembered I had left it on and when I checked the hygrometer mounted outside the tent it read 99%!

Think of it as if they had gotten rained on if they were outdoors....no problem....

I got the new light today and it doesn't work. Same problem as the last. I called HTG and told them, they said it must be the bulbs and trhey will send a new one priority shipping. So I went to the hardware store and found a 250w mh bulb for $15 and it works so far

No, I had already boxed up the first one. I have light now, and an extra ballast that probably works. When they figure out how to send a bulb that works, they can have the ballast back. I did ask the guy if the 7/14 printed on the bulb was when it was made, and he didn't know.

There really is a difference in bulbs.
Hortilux and Osram are respected brands to look into in the future.
A good bulb should hold color for a year I believe.
@smoke runs bulbs. He would know on that .

When I ran HPS I would toss Horti bulbs after the 3rd run.

Cut 3 main tops off Pink Runtz- the last one is heavily seeded so I'll wait another week to cut it. The Blueberry looks and smells great. Voodoo will be ready before the blueberries.q

I got the replacement 250w MH from hlg supply. I guess they felt bad about the bad lights - they sent 2 of the expensive 6500k. Hopefully they work; lights on @ 4, so I'll have to wait until then to see.

After sifting, I used the leftovers to make 6g decarb everclear oil. Then into 24 cookies. Not sure how strong they are but I just ate the smallest one- will know soon.

After 2:15 minutes, I'd say it's about like a 100mg gummy. I'm learning though; next time i'll use the same recipe and 50% more oil, but make the cookies smaller to get 36 out of the same batch.
