Few things you can do to encourage "fininishing" or "ripening"
Spectrum has its affects too.
Off the top of my mind.
Just how it happens in nature, fall comes, winters approaching, gotta signal to you're plants indoors, that they don't have much time left either.
Earth tilts further away from the sun, the Spectrum changes coming in through the atmosphere, it gets colder.
Same thing with how we "signal" them into flowering, changing to 12-12.
