As is, yeah the championship race rotates every year starting next season in Miami but they're considering a total overhaul of the system.
I think it's a 3 race, 3 race, 4 race system with the champ being decided by the best run over those last 4 races total and not the final race of the season.
My Peak went by way of Briscoe's tire.
Had to go behind the wall and back to the garage. Had to file a warranty claim. Proxy and doobs now.

got it downstairs today and rolled it up next to old one.. i got the wrong one but i have enough room that it doesn't matter, i just gotta move my flexi intake to the other side. it will actually look better moved over and fit in the corner nicer so happy accident. i didn't know what the lingo was when picking one out and then somebody said i can get that for ya.. and did but i didn't give him a photo of what side the exhaust came out, no biggie i'll just turn it around. looks like it lines up great and hope it's an easy swap out and works!! .. i can't wait to get this monkey off my back guys, i've lost sleep over this and everything already so i need to make this work out, and soon!!!

I don't know anything about using or even owning a furnace but your posts have me thinking it's about as important for you as a real good AC for the home is for me.
The big fuel tank you had filled is for this or does that tank fuel other things for the home too? Is that the stuff they call heating oil?
I'm clueless on that stuff really.
Our home is natural gas which is pretty much fed to the home like electricity but from an underground pipe.

I was already burning thru a little $300 transportation bonus I picked up from work on fun stuff and now this?
November always comes with a hit with a property tax bill I save up all year to be able to pay. It's a gut punch so anything in the red during this month of all months means a little more than usual.
I told Julie to keep $20 for herself, kind of a tip I suppose, and I'll do what I said I'd always do and buy the biggest jar of GW I can and split it with you buddy!
Although they brought back Soluble so might do that and get more for the money!

i wonder how long it will stay shiny clean?!?! mine is over 30 years old so there are a few changes between them. the new one is all around a little smaller. and it has a couple electronic boards in it that my old one don't. i'm gonna have to start collecting new back up parts now. i have back ups for every component on my old furnace. the old furnace will be my new garage furnace!!!!
i plan to try and wrestle it into place tonight!!!

sure is important man, we're at completely different ends of temps but neither one of us could live without it. i'd freeze to death and you would cook to death without them.
just like there are different kinds of AC there are also different kinds of heaters.. i've tried a few different kinds, i've had wood stoves, pellets stove, LP gas, coal, and now oil and yes, what i call oil is heating fuel #2 they call it.. it's refined a little less than diesel is but thin like diesel. if i gat in a jam i can go buy a few cans of diesel and use it for my furnace, it burns cleaner but more expensive.. oil is the easiest. wood. pellets, and coal all require hard work.. LP gas is what i can get versus natural gas, no NG lines run to my house, no gas, no water, and no sewer ever get out in the sticks where i'm at.
NG and LP are by far the most efficient burning but i lose all the efficiency because the gas isn't piped here, a delivery truck still needs to drive here and put it in a tank and drive back, that blows the savings out the window right there..
my neighbor has this outdoor woodstove that sits about 50ft outside his front door and he loads huge logs in the burner just once or twice a day and it heats his entire house. this is great if you're set up for it. i have the timber but i don't have all the machinery to make it within reason. my neighbor has all kinds of heavy equipment and young spry employees to take care of it for him. he would be paying them anyway so a few days a year he has them cut all the trees and load his wood shed up. you normally get two to three trees deadfall per acre every year, he has a few hundred acres in total, he's a rich fuck dude, owns the golf coarse here in town and everything!!! great guy though, always lets me borrow his toys if i need them. or if something happens on the driveway he'll be like just grab my backhoe and take care of it.. saves a bunch having a cool ass dude living near you when you live not near most people... but a few trees per acre adds up quick and if you're a good responsible forest owner like we are, you must maintain your forest area properly and not let it get too thick or thin. all kinds of things come through and will wipe out an entire species of trees in a couple years.. we just had the Ash trees hit real bad.. die from the inside and look completely healthy from the outside and will just come down without warning and be eaten alive from the inside of the tree.. as a forest owner i maintain this by planting different varieties and proper placement.. i don't talk about forest management often at all but it is very important and is a responsibility that falls on every country folk.. some are just assholes and don't care about the rest of the world.

i am very shocked nobody else took 2 tires at the end... especially after we all took two tires on the stop before that and they held up good.. the 5 just took 2 tires twice in a row... he called it though, they all use codes and he says whata think, money or stewart?? i'm thinking money... daniels comes over and says yeah money all the way!!! i was screaming out loud fuck yeah money baby!!!!!! we he rolled off pit road and i saw the 19 and 11 going around the left side of the car i was cheering loud!!! like theres only two laps left!!!!!! and then saw the twee cars stay out with no tires i felt great about it!!!! then larson says he want to clear the 48 and shoot down the dogleg and get on the inside.. then he hangs it out up top and gasses around the 48!!! that was perfect move right there!!!
i watched all the ceremony stuff the other night.. those two tires larson took at the end were actually scuffs and daniels never told him till after the race!!! scuffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you were really the one that pushed me to do better in the pool, after finishing at the bottom last year that feel good and i decided my noes and knowledge from old nascar meant nothing and my picks were terrible.. it made me revamp my entire picks and i kept thinking who would Bandit take here!!

and you fixed you peak!?! fuckin sweet!!! i was gonna offer to try and fix it for you.. i had both my peak an my pro completely disassembled already and know how to take them apart.. mine has its quirks thats for sure but it really has been reliable, and it's not delicate by any means.. i've dropped it on the floor more than handful of times even. the one thing that happens is once in a while the vibration stops working.. i just click the button and smack it on the corner of the desk at the same time and kicks back in and works again. i have an issue with the aftermarket glass though, sometimes it drains into the unit by itself.. like the whole connection chamber will be in water. it's happened like 3 or 4 times now and no rhyme or reason why just out of the blue it will happen. i dry everything off and it still works.. thank goodness it's built well and that rubber boot around the chamber is waterproof to the electronics!! i've had resin leak through it already and had to take it apart to clean it.. glad i spent the time to make sure that rubber piece was seated properly!!! my xl chamber died though at some point.. less than a year!! i filed a claim but only 30 days on atomizers.. i played the sad card and got a 10% off then played the poverty card and got another 5% and he made it never expire because they didn't even have one in stock.. i just went back to the OG chamber.. i have a few of them. i honesty don't even notice a difference going back!!!! truly not even a spec of difference!!! so now i'm sitting on a 15% off lifetime expire puffco coupon.. if my peak ever dies i'll be getting another on.. makes me think though why are the xl chambers always out of stock?? i wonder if anyone else is having issues with them? they told me its a connection issue but i took all the parts out of the bottom of the atomizer and checked the three wires and everything is connected tight and secure. i cleaned it all and set all the pins and that rubber boot in perfect and still fails.. in fact if i fuck up putting it back together it gives me a different error code so i know i'm doing it correct and the xl chamber itself is broken.

it's running and the house is warm... i call it a success for now... all parts have a ten year warrantee.. cost me a total of $2830. i have no clue how much it would cost to have a company come and do it.. prolly the cost of me getting arrested for growing weed in my basement!!! thats the only real reason i did this myself. my neighbor helped me a little but he grows weed too..
getting down to 28° on monday night so it will be put to the test!!!

after six weeks and three days i've upcanned and flipped!!!! loaded nine plants in seven gallon trade size blow molded pots with stonington blend.
i bumped the lights up another 10% and changed the clock for daylight savings time right away and reset the calendar to day 1..
i got a used tent... the price was right.. cost me the tenth plant i couldn't flower.. i took a couple cuttings of the five biggest plants, if it's meant to be then it will be meant to be..

Even growing up in the hills of Humboldt, Sonoma, and Lake counties, Ca I don't ever remember a home with a furnace or using heating fuel. Always kinda thought it was a midwest/east coast thing. I remember kerosene in one mobile home. Stank bad when it was running low.
Every other place was wood burning for heat and yep we had the big tanks next to the house for LP to heat water and stove but always used the fireplace for stews, chili, and jerky. Septic tanks for sewer and never a well but a pump drawing from a river.
Like that video DJ posted and seeing how Belushi lives next to that river is what I remember. I'd love to be able to stick a straw in a river and pull my water that way these days. Or on land with a spring would be just as awesome if not better.

But it's fun more than anything.
I was down bad in the Spring. Second to last and limping. But I had SVG in Mexico and if there's one thing I know about the Kiwi is if you drop him in an unknown track to everybody AND it's a RC??? Fugetaboutit.
From there, just a steady climb thru the field with a couple more winners and top 5s while everybody else was making bad picks.
Stoney just tore thru everybody all year. It woulda taken us all maybe 3-4 more races to even catch up to him but I got into his mirror at least for 2nd.
There's a formula for sure. Tendencies between teams and drivers and tracks. Even manufacturers. But it can all be fucked by getting collected, bad pits, and worst of all, running out of gas on the last lap thank you very much Martin Truex Jr and Ryan Blaney, that can kill you but also, kill your opponents that week!
Fan rewards is worth it too even just casually you might get a $20 amazon gift card checking in every now and then but if you hit streaks, there's all kinds of shit to be had.
Doc visit was as good as could be man, thanks for the mojo!
Dropped 3 of my 6 meds and one of those is one with like a $250/year copay and is $60/month. Without insurance, that fucker is $22/day!!!
I'm beating everything man. No longer on the brink of having 'beetus. Heart is back to normal and in good health. Dropped 55lbs and still whittling away on that. Can eat normal but not go crazy and really, I love the diet I'm on. I cheated with a hagan das peppermint bark ice cream and Italian half sub from Snarfs after the good news yet I still got a full size vegan sub lol. Still have no desire for bbq or even a cheeseburger.
I got right to the point of mastering things like smoked brisket and beer can chickens but now, don't even think about it and have no craving for it. Kinda the opposite.
Nice score on the little tent! I like the windows in the doors. Doesn't let the heat out checking on the babies!!
Getting my little tent ready this weekend too.
I have several heat mats but was thinking of getting more and sorta lining the walls of my tent with heat mats just in case I need to generate some warmth in there. Weather is perfect now, high 70s days and 50s nights but as we creep into Winter, we might get some cold spells this year before it's time for them to come in and flower.
Plants are looking happy and healthy!
I see that chair too haha! Show me a 50 year old + grower and I'll show you a grower with a grow room chair!

yeah my neighbor failed tot ell me that i had to fix it first!! hahaha most of the metal corners he had taped up and one broke off right wen he was showing me it. haha
i told him i'd keep his plant as long as he needed or until it didn't fit in there anymore, which ever comes first. i don't mind one bit, that plant is the perfect humidifier and keeping the numbers spot on for cloning!!
right now i have about 100w on.
man a spring or creek is only thing i'm missing here. crazy thing is i'm surrounded by them but none come through my property. i even live right next to a town called springtown but all i got is dirt!!! hahaha
no issues with the furnace so thats a huge load off my mind!!! yesterday i got to even have a total R&R day with no worries in the world.. felt great!
man i still can't can't believe it.. all the racing stars just lined up perfect for me!! it for sure opened my eyes about SVG.. i only used him once this year so won't make that mistake again. i saw they're giving him his old supercar number next year... but not many changes next year, is anybody at all retiring? i didn't hear of any.. a small handful of ride changes and a couple rook's is all i really noticed.
but for sure fan rewards was awesome to get into, i would have never signed up for that without you telling me. like ya say, ya don't even need to go all in serious to win a cool prize for free.. and a prize that you get to choose at that!!! i don't even care what i get from them, i had fun with it. the prize for me is just a huge bonus. there are a few things i could use so it shouldn't be too hard for me pick.

it's so awesome you dont get any cravings.. it's like your brain and your body are telling you not to have it. i wish i didn't have cravings for candy or sweets at all, but sadly i do and i fight them (for the most part)

i have it tucked back in but both sides unzip so it can be accessed from three sides. it should do exactly what i need it for... a tent is no cabinet though.
one thing i'm very happy i did was get that carbon filter and change the way my ventilation goes through my cabinets now. all these years i never messed with it i just assumed that i had it the best it could be. i'm sure when i used HID it was.. since going led i haven't changed anything or tried anything different. right now i'm capturing and using all the heat from the lights. i haven't actually measured it anything but it feels warmer to me. it very well could only be a couple degrees and in the winter it won't even make a difference but for now i believe it is. i guess every btu matters..

man we have no clue as where those ugly yellow chairs even came from.. we didn't buy them so they had to of just showed up one day from somebody.. they've been down there for probably 25 years now. i can stand on them and reach the ceiling so they double as a chair and a stool!!!
i sure am.. i mean i think mostly because of the overall size of the plants compared to what i've had in the past few rounds but since i don't lift pots anymore there is no more judgement or tolerances from just feeling how heavy. now when the meter says it's time, it's time!
but they're drinking way more than the last round without a doubt in my mind. i can't even water with a gallon jug with this round. and the past almost two full weeks they can't go two days without watering and really should be every day!
saturday night was the upcan into pre moistened soil about 45% moist,, sunday i watered them all heavy to about 48-50% plant #2 went up to 58%.. she's still holding onto some yet, butthe rest could use more water tonight!!!!
plants 1-4-7 are big
2-5-8 are med size
and 3-6-9 are small..
#10 is in the tent..
hell yeah!!!!! i'll send ya the sign up sheet when se sends em out next year.. gotta pick a driver for every race, you can only use the same driver twice a year, and you must pick them all before the season starts! your picked driver then gets one point for every position they finish, lowest score at the end of the year wins!!!

I remember back in one of your other threads saying how little you watered compared to me and wondered if it was conditions or just judgement.
I really like the idea of the sensors but am so low tech I can't even get my phone to work right~!
Even when I thought I was doing well or with the Bluemats I still found myself checking with my cheap hygrometer.
Our judgement is not always accurate.

for sure i was not watering enough before. i thought maybe this was the case even with the smaller containers last time but i notice it a lot more this time.
with these containers versus the airpots i can now just dump the water in and move on so it will be easier to measure the intake easier than using the battery wand.
but i expect them to start drinking even more now, i wonder if they will stretch more with having more water?? i kinda hope not, i don't wanna run out of headroom!!
