Instructions for the cannatrol say not to use the sponge and water for the first day.
Makes sense to me to play it safe from too much moisture and bad things that come with-it.

Sounds right, its been 3 days now, not sure how long it should take but its just a test branch to see how it goes.. The hash dried in 3-4 days but it was lose open to the air in fine particles.

Best wishes today with the vet appointment my friend! 🙏🏻
Hey, Thanks, Hes up with me now but still hiding too much & sneezing a lot. 2:30 this aft we see the vet. I have an IKEA bag he goes in, its his travel bag. It used to be grocery bags but he rips them apart from the inside out doing his happy dance inside the bag, The IKEA bag is canvas, he can't rip so easily. He just did a six pack sneeze. Poor boy, not feeling right yet.

Well we had him to the vet. There4 not sure what hes got, maybe a cold, maybe a virus. They said they'd give him an oral antibiotic, ,25ml They squirted it down his throat and he went a bit wild, gagging ,puking and heaving. Scared the shit out of me he clawed me while holding him and got mad. They said we were supposed to give it to him twice a day...lol...no fkin way we'd ever get a second dose in him. Hes smart, rethink it!!!! okay we'll give him 2 shots in the ass with different anti biotics. Hes home now hiding again, poor boy is now mad and sick...We're supposed to heat up some stinky food make it smell, stinkier the better cause he can't smell and if he can't smell he won't eat...another $100 goes bye bye. Next if this doesn't work its blood tests...sigh. Poor boy we'll do what we have to but $$$$$ add up

Qnight is still hiding, He cam eout for a few min this am had a small bite and went back in his cave, Poor boy is upset with me...and I had no part in it..fkin vet making him puke.

I have my chiller made. Its not pretty, not a single measurement made and I quickly cut the fans breathing vents, I don't need dust on drying weed. other than that I cut 2- 2x4's about this long_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I snapped 2 scrap pieces of this wood off for the fans supports and found a piece of pine that fit everything on it. I'll have to pick up the right hose I think I can drop the temp more with a higher flow of chilled water. Its barely a trickle now. The Chiller 1 fan.JPGChiller 2 fan.JPGChiller aft running 5 min.JPGchiller assembledandrunning.JPGChiller cut 2by4.JPGsmall pump didn't have enough power to push the water through the line. I had to giver a few pulls to get it to flow

To help increase flow without a larger pump remove the 90s and use as little hose as necessary.
Hoses and angles create what is called 'head pressure' on the pump.
If it is closed loop then the reservoir/chiller could be higher than the radiator and that will help a little also.
Each 90 angle equals 1 foot of hose.

How’s Qknight this morning? All forgiven it still holding a grudge?

Anymore sneezing this morning?
No hes still hiding, he comes out for a bit with sad eyes eats a bit then back hiding, I cut a larger flap in the top of his box so I can reach in a pet. Hes warm and still kicking. Vet called a few min ago inquiring, we'll take him in again this week if no improvement. His temperature was good but it could be a virus. antibiotics should help but it'll take a while for them to have any effect.

Ya that was just a test run, I'll get the right sized hose today. with some straight connectors. There's an autoparts store 3km away I'm sure they'll have what I need. I gotta fix our drier today or find out whats wrong, blowing fuses. Could be a lint clog or burned out element but that should cause a fuse to blow...last month the washer went I had to replace an in take valve,I'd seen a repairman do once before. I'm real good at taking things apart, just not so good getting them back together, wife knows this and is hesitant for me to start ripping apart the dryer....Youtube baby

Everything else made the trip I even found a bag of tm7 out there but I didn't find any dolomite so I ordered a 5 lb bag, coming Friday

So I go the the auto parts store for 10ft hose, they only had 7ft, okay I need some adapters to connect hoses, they only have 90* , They can order in for next week I'll take the 90*how much? $6.49 each...say what for plastic connectors? okay we can give them to you for $4.29 and the hose for $2.50/ft, reg $4.00...anyways another $35 for hose, 2 connectors, 4 small hose clamps plus14% tax

Transmission oil line cooling core, $65
2 speed controlled 120v fans $40
Hose,connectors and clamps $35
= $140.......I think I could have bought a small wine fridge for that....sigh, I hope it works

I was able to finish and install my chiller core for my dry box yesterday, I have it running. I haven't yet used my chiller to chill my reservoir. I have power issues. The only power I have locally mean my lights have to stay on so I'd only be able to chill for part of the day. I have a fix, I can run an extension through my vacuum line to an outlet on the other side of a brick wall. Its not attached to the wall yet I need to lift an inch and put a drip tray under it.

Problem 2 is my crop is dry, 5-6 days at 70-74f while Qnights been sick has everything smokeable. Stem is still a bit pliable so not ready but dam close. I'll bag it up soon as the stems snap

Next plan is to insulate the box after the crop comes out,, That stuff is not free either, I'll need 3 sheets to do all sides and another $60. If it all works it'll be well worth it to have the conditions I need, for drying better. Its been a sore spot with me, like now drying in such high temps is not ideal

Zen was nice enough to send me some printed cats he made, very cool. I have 1 spot picked out, I need to do some thinking on the other 2, lol...chiller lines.JPGdry box chiller.JPGNov 11 veg group.JPG3 cats Zen.JPG

It looks like Qnight is on the mend, he's feeling better, not hiding up getting his morning mauling. Its good to have him back. It was getting to be too long to be a minor illness. I was concerned he may need blood testing $$ and more $$...we'd pay what ever we need to but at times it feels like a squeeze.

I had dreams last night of losing 2 of my cats that got away from some strange house I was in, 1 died years ago, haven't thought about her in a while....and I have 3 now??? where were the other 2? dreams eh.

Thought you was running a trans cooler in there..is the themo fan on the other side.🙂
Thats what it is, scroll back up the page I show how I put it together, I intend on running my chiller into an insulated chilled reservoir and pump from there through the coils. No temp control as of now, I want to see how well it cools,I can add a thermostat if need be, trick will be to control humidity, one step at a time eh?1763136727170.jpeg

Glad cat is better !! 👍🏻👍🏻
Ya you bet, I was roughing him up on his cube when he turned bit and clawed me, all in fun. He has his spirit back, no blood or damage just a playful chomp and purr. He's like that when he feels frisky, ears go back and you can see in his eyes he's ready to go. My other 2 are now back on guard, Dexter is back in town.....lol

That reminds me of my own deer strike about a year ago. I was at highway speed whatever it was, 65-70mph, and it just ran straight out of the woods, I never saw it until it was on my bumper. It was very unsettling
If you watch that in stop motion its a wonder the car going the other way didn't hit it. Its tail was almost touching the passing cars door handle, like it magically got past the passing car but was too late to use the magic on ours, another split second it would have been past us too. I was doing around 45- 50 mph, speed limit is 80km/hr

Preaching to the choir on this one 🤦🏻 I've seen these things run, fight (ya don't want to fight one, they do not play), right after I moved in I saw something fly by the window out of the corner of my eye, went out to investigate and I swear it jumped 50 ft up-field because of its tracks in the snow where it lept from and where it landed, right up to when it jumped there were cat prints right next to it so I assume a Canadian lynx or Bobcat was chasing it

Also had a young albino (piebald) run out right in front of me but thankfully it kept going

I've almost hit several others in the four years I've been here as well, I beep my horn every couple hundred yards the whole length of my road

I'm not complaining, and I don't hate them like you do 🤣 but I am very aware of them, my eyeballs are constantly scanning the woods -both sides, and I drive in the middle of the road too, about all you can do 🤷🏻

First couple times I watched your video it was almost like the deer materialized in front of the other vehicle

I had to watch it a couple more times to see where it came from

Ya, how it missed that car going the other way is incredible, Dam glad it missed, if it had hit all of us would have been collected up and by the angle it flew, I'd expect it to go through our passengers side or even my side window at 50mph

I tried to show it to bandit,I posted a link, he got his knickers in a knot and got pissed at me for giving him the link. Then I ribbed him about eating half a cow for diner but being empathetic for Bambi.I blocked the dick after our exchange, I don't do conflict online. I just block, ban, ignore

You got really lucky on that strike! I was lucky too I hit a big son of a gun right behind the shoulder, she must have come out of the woods at a full run because he was just there!

Took out the front quarter, both doors and the damage was even into the rear quarter panel.

If she was another 2- 3 ft forward she might have come through the window and I was at 65mph or more, whatever the speed was (it's up to 70mph a lot of places here)

So I mixed it again using the same ingredients: 3 ml silicone, and then 10 ml of each for a total of 33 ml in a gallon of water that was 130 PPM out the tap

Got 171 × 10 = 1710ppm
(@6.6pH)

Virtually the same result as the last time 🤷🏻20251119_221939.jpg
