I’ve lost two sunflower seedlings sitting in the window, others are doing okay but growing extremely slow. Out of the six I had to put outside only three under a cage are doing well, but again slow. The rest the rabbit(s) ate.

I put a greenhouse over the vegetable crates thinking I might be able to get an early start but Mother Nature trumped that play.

I’m going to lose more seedlings if I can’t get them outside soon.

We have some sun today up to 18C yahoo. Spring,....lol. I have an issue I'm needing help on. My neighbor chopped down 3 of my trees and shoved dirt onto mine to expand his back yard. He said sorry and I guess that's that according to him with a shrug of the shoulders a smile and walked away. His daughters house he owns. How do I asses damages? Do I just shrug it off and let his expropriate my land?

Let him away with it this time whats next ??? You can call cops there going to tell you its a civil manner. The downed trees are they on your property or his ?

Last year he pushed a bit of soil into my yard and I called him on it, he said he'd pull it back...never did and this year I think because he pushed over last year he just looked at the line and thought that was his so chop chop....fkin pisses me off. they were wind breaks for the house and 1 was a nice big tree,

I would still call the cops they will probally talk to him and explain the tresspass law to him.

Just make sure if you call the cops dont let them near grow !!!!! You call for one thing they look for somthing else

I don't think cops are a good idea, I don't need them sniffing around, The oil man smells it I can't hide it. I called lawyers to see if there's anything they can do to asses the damage... How much are those 3 trees worth....he happens to be the same guy that snow plows me in the winter.

Life time fee snow plowing?....hes getting old too though he could shut down next year...???????? what to do??/
