Looking into this further shipping is $431.99.....+ import fees if they apply.....nope. Had to be a catch somewhere. At least with Amzon shipping is only $50ish for most of the presses. Even with Prime and with Prime there's only 1-2 available. Still looking for now anyways.

There are only a couple of Canadian suppliers and from what I've seen they are too expensive for me. Amzon has a bunch with the added $50-$60 shipping but I'm not sure about which one to get, Larger plates? a pressure gauge? 4 ton 5 ton 8 ton 10 ton? there's a bunch of gimmickry and addons that make purchasing one for the first time tricky. This one has 6" plates but I know not if its and good and most come with 2.7 x 4.7" plates and 4.1 x 4.7"plates. A 6x6" plate that doesn't heat properly won't last long

USA dollars and shipping kills ordering from USA now. it wasn't always that way but I can get stuff from Europe with less shipping & import fees. My last order from the USA was a sweat shirt for my son off the discovery channel $40, it came to $93 after everything was done. It kinda makes me gun shy ordering anything from down south nowI’d purchase something like this if I was looking for one or very similar.i like that it has a lifetime warrantee on it.could you imagine the freight if it did bugger up from aust

The plate size, its 5 ton it has a pressure gauge and no added shipping charges. it also comes with tools, a container, some filter socks and a few other goodies to start. A lot of the others on amzon had expensive international shipping on top of the base cost with smaller plates. It should also be here before Bday.

I'm not sure why but its Okay with me...lol...not really< I don't want you to pay more for the same items but I like the discount. Shipping for me is free with Prime but yours says $50 shipping? that's $100 bucks more for the same thing, that's not right. I didn't find mine from a search off the amazon bar it was at the bottom with other similar items after I looked at 1, now its$493...fkin Amzon. If you wanted one I could buy it and have Amzone deliver it to your address over $100 cheaper than you buying it direct
I notice that too on eBay .you look down the page of same item with different prices.it’s like they don’t take down there old for sale prices and just put another up..
I have an upstairs and a down stairs computers. I can search for items down here in my work shop find a price then go up and use my computer and the price can change, usually just a few cents but its different. 1 a win 10 the other a win 11....I wonder if it makes a difference what operating system you are using?

I’ve seen that in the past as well. But the last two days I’ll open an item and the $16 jumps to $22 for example. I’ll go back a page and the new price sticks. Sometimes a full refresh puts it back but it still changes when I go in. I’m just using a browser, I don’t have an account.

Amazon will sometimes have the price go up it down after we purchase items. Sometimes a few bucks, other times a lot more. That pisses me off. They don’t want to give you the lower price. You usually have to cancel the original order and do it again.

One I use a VPN the other doesn't. the one with a VPN is a bit more expensive. I even get different numbers if I just brows than if I sign in. Signing in has sometimes been more expensive than just browsing on the site. Amzon has inconsistent pricing if anything but their shipping speed is greatReally...wow ,that seems wierd lol

I tried a VPN last night and got the same result, but it took a much longer time to load the page. After it loaded I could move around as usual. Strange.
Firefox has their own built in VPN with Win 11 so I use that. Its on what I call my safe computer. I don't do any transactions on my old computer its kind of a disposable comp I surf with but it often has a few cents difference on price. I can find items downstairs at say $17.88 down and $18.03 up. fkin Amzone I'd like to buy elsewhere but price,shipping speed, shipping cost, availability, choice.......they are hard to beat
