Good luck getting your head back right again man. No joke there.
We see a ton of concussions in my line of work even with the best helmet technology on the planet. Dark and quiet spaces help. Wearing sunglasses indoors and out helps. Yeah no booze at all and no stress or strenuous activity for about 3 days to 2 weeks depending on severity is what we do for our kids in concussion protocol.

You'll be fine driving on dirt roads. Off road means truly off road or overland driving. Like the shit for Jeeps and Landrovers to go where there are no roads and just driving thru the desert or in the dunes.
There's places to rent those vehicles and even dune buggies for a few hours of off road fun but I wouldn't take an airport rental off road unless I knew it was fully covered.
Depends on the rental as well but take pics and note any damage, even the smallest shit before leaving the lot and let them know. It's a racket to get people who just hop in and go to pay for old damages. Do that and along with full coverage you should be able to turn that ride in beat to shit with the odometer rolled over and not have to pay for it.

You're almost gonna have Vegas and Nevada all to yourself! Seeing videos of an almost empty Vegas making people worry in the past couple weeks.
My nephew lives in Vegas and may move back to California since it's gone dead. Foreign tourism is way down with the extra fees about to be set and with harsh customs and immigration we're doing some pretty fucked up things to tourists with detainment and hassles over passports and visas. We're doing the detain now and prove they're here legally later routine. Make sure your papers are in order buddy!

Hey thanks, I googled Christmas tree pass and its passable in a rental. Some petroglyphs on rocks out there for us tourists to see. Looks like a 45 min loop with stops, I expect it will be early morning before it hits 100f.

Yes I've rented cars a bunch and always take pics before and after. In Mexico I get the full insurance package but I'll use my Credit card for insurance in the Usa. I also used to disable the cars at night by removing the coil wire. Even popping off a couple spark plug wires so it won't run when I've had to.

Hey, next Monday we fly out, Yes everything is booked and 1/2 paid for. I got a Chevy Trailblazer reserved $24/day unlimited miles and 2 hotels reserved and 1 night paid at each. I'll have my son here to look after the cats and plants.

I have my 8 sprouts transplanted to the autopots and they're all up and saying hello this am. I'm going to link 2 reservoirs together so he won't have to hand water but I'm not sure they'll be feeding from the trays by then. He may have to water all once. I'll have to cut and hang my hemies to dry this week, some don't look too bad but some look horrible with seeds popping through the top...FK.

My son and I took a long ride on our bikes yesterday and I ran out of battery about 5km from home. It just about killed me riding my 100lb bike on a gravel trail up hill, just a steady train track trail hill. not steep just steady, it took me 4 stops just to go the last 100 meters and I was dead. I could barely get off the bike without falling, huffing and puffing barely able to breath but made it. Whiskey and weed finished off the night

I guess its time I created a post with all things pipes, I'm back making them again and I'll post my work here, comments and criticism please. I don't just want yes men going oh how wonderful, I can't see what I can't see and criticism is the only way I can get better. Time to consider a helmet? I never wore one down the beach and I rode almost every day, but I'd wear one now if I could ride but my Hills too steep, I can go downhill pretty good but I have to walk back up !!

Shit happens. You make killer weed with or without seeds. IIRC you trim like I do, little sloppy with more sugar leaves. A few seeds just reminds me of the 70’s.

Lol. Two weeks ago my son and I drove up to the woods so I could get some old forest dirt to make my own Mykos. Brought the dog for the walk. Same sort of experience. Walk in wasn’t too bad but it was uphill for most of the return trip. Long steady slope for the main part. Had to catch my breath while my son and dog walked past. Fuckers

Brain says you used to do this every weekend. Body says screw off.

The Nova Scotia government has announced it's banning hiking, camping, fishing and use of vehicles such as ATVs in the woods as of 4 p.m. Tuesday due to an elevated wildfire risk.

Camping in campgrounds is still permitted, but trail systems through woods are off-limits under the new rules.

The rules are in place for provincial Crown and private land until Oct. 15 or until weather conditions allow them to be lifted.

The fine for violating the ban is $25,000.

The public can still access beaches and parks, except for trail systems.

Why would they close the trails to everyone? And fishermen? Assuming gas engines might cause fires on dry grasses when stopped. But are they assuming all fishermen smoke too?

No bikes or walking/running traffic either?

I pulled a small bud off a lower branch 3 days ago and left it to dry on my dehue. Dried today I squeezed out the seeds...1 bud...I'm fked
Some of the others don't look too bad from the outside but that's a lot of seed from 1 small bud
And my new crop, 4 Zamal Dreams fems, 2 Grape Skunk fems and 2 Alaska Thunderfuck 9 days above ground

If just light leeks you have a bunch of nice seeds to use down the road or give away. You know, make lemonade and all that.

The Haunted Banana I seeded still has a good hit that lasts. The hash was/is great. By the look of the frost you should still enjoy it.

100% light leak, not a leak a full on bright fking idiot light, right in front of the tent. it doesn't look like much but I could read a book in my shop area with it on...see pics anyways fine print would have been tricky...all the same I knew the moment I saw it on I was fked

I'm shopping systems..... Can't pack buckets or want to anymore. Been wondering how fussy the system can be?

Hey, we use a small pump or wave maker to mix & break surface tension in the res on for 5 min/hr or 15 min every 2 hrs depending on your timers. I use a programmable and run 5 min per hr /$25 Amzon. In veg they don't feed as much so they don't go through the water very fast 6gal will last 5-6-7 days. I mix my nute batches in a 10 gal pot, 6 gal at a time then add it all mixed to my reservoir 1 gal at a time by hand. In flower I have to add 6 gal every 2 days.

In the summer, like now I have to run a chiller to keep my res nutes around 70f otherwise it can get too warm and foul up from the heat so I run a circulating pump through a chiller and back to the res

The smoke will be good with that much sugar, just the pain of getting the seeds out.

I came accross a rice colander awhile ago and it helps with that problem.
I am still using it. I clean all stems out and unwanted stuff then grab a handfull and put it in the colander.
I tried other things but my finger knuckles work the best. Just grind away and lil bit by lil bit the weed falls
into a tray underneath. I piles up nicely. Doesn't take long for me to fill a small jar that lasts me a couple of weeks.

This is the closest one I found to mine, brought mine a Goodwill.
Same size but dif bottom and this one comes with a bowl.

Hey thanks I hope to. I think I'll end up Ice hashing it. I have the bubble bags I'll have to do a few plants up as hash. Some of the big buds look good but I won't know until I bust them up to see how full of seeds they are. I have to get them all down and hanging by Sunday. We're out of here early Monday morning, it'll be a 4 am wake up coffee a quick smoke and hit the road by 4:30. We fly 5 hrs to Calgary then a 5 hr wait before flying south 3 hrs to Vegas. A long day without smoke and I can't drink at all or the car rental agency won't rent me a car with booze on my breath. I've located a dispo near the airport I can hit after we get our car. I'll get a disposable vape and off we go....

Las Vegas trip is over, travelling is a nightmare on wheels. Took a few pics of Christmas Tree Pass just out of Laughlin Nevada. Vegas is Vegas and my Camera was in the Room. Nothing to see there...lol. I had hoped to have it all recorded on my dash cam but there was a failure with the programming and although I got some road pics the prime stuff I was hoping for isn't there.

Travellers stomach got to both of us, eating off our regular old folks diet through our guts off. We hit a CVS for yogourt and 2 Gas station sandwiches with fruit bowls, Twice, couldn't face anything from restaurant. We did go to the South Point for their Buffet and that was great, it was more like food than the crap in the hotels in either Laughlin and Vegas but to give them a break nothing would have worked.

We played a lot of slots and with Video poker we could maintain our own and have compt drinks regularly in all the hotels. We made $600 one night then promptly lost it and more thought the rest of our trip but We visited numerous outlying Casino's we'd wanted see like the Silverton , Orleans, Southpoint, Terrible s in Searchlite, Tried to find the Durango but got lost in all the traffic. It ain't what it used to be. I used to know my way around Vegas, Not any more, too many freeways going way too fast with far too many fools mixed with tourists its a fking nightmare driving

. We were on a 6-7 lane freeway headed south to the Silverton for lunch when 2 lanes to my right a pickup carrying plywood lost his load...up in the air at 70 mph + 5 sheets came up like paper flying across the road 3 car lengths up on my front right 2 lanes over, cars behind him swerved to avoid as I zip past everything. All in front of me is now good and nothing is coming behind me. I have no idea what the results were.

Glad your back safe and sound. Too bad about the pics but the ones you posted are cool. I got into off-roading trying to find secret fishing and camping spots. Most aren’t secret any more. Every butt head with a SUV can get into most places now with little skill and no respect for the area. What ever happened to leave no trace?

At least you guys had a blast. You’ll have the memories. And it’s always nice to be greeted by the fur babies when you return.

I figure we only bounce around this ball once and I like to have fun while I'm here. Planning and accomplishing a trip is a fun task, getting it all to come off safely and return home is the final objective. We used to fly south every year, 25 years in a row skip 911 and always rented a car, Since 2013 I've been back to Vancouver a couple time and my wife Ottawa but this has been our first get away together since then.

Back in the 90's I planed a 2 week trip to Costa Rica in a 4x4 with no internet only guide books, maps and a compass. When in came time to book I bailed and booked a trip to Texas, and left out of Miami, down the keys and back up. I still had all my research and more on Costa Rica then I bit, 2 weeks with a 4x4 and a 3 night jungle camp up the east coast after a 4 hr boat trip up a canal on the East coast near Limone.

From the moment I get the idea of a trip I'm 100% focused on getting it done and not a day goes by I'm not looking at something related to the trip. The longer away the trip date the worse it is for me. 2 years to get the Costa Rica trip done drove my friend nuts, " I don't want to hear about it" was typical as I could stop yapping about either what I read or a new location I found on the map and the road to it. I get a bit carried away but doing so has made every trip successful, even raeding on this trip about the speed traps in Searchlight Nevada on our drive to Laughlin. Saw a guy pulled over on the way through in and at 25 mph through town out I saw a speed trap car set up. Without reading that reddit note I know I'd have been nailed.

I got me a shot in the arm today of cortisone in my right shoulder, aches bad through the night very similar to my hip issues. left shoulder is getting done in 2 weeks. Hockey,Tennis,Football,Golf, Baseball, Motor cycles and bicycles,Cars, Water Skiing , Snow Skiing, Ping pong, lacrosse, Volleyball, Basketball, Trees, Walls, Doors they've all taken their toll on me. How I'm alive is still boggles all friends that are still alive and knew me when I was say. less mature and more 2 legged male danger zone ish.

Anyways old and yammering again. I have my new side lights up with my Black light coming tomorrow so says amazone. I'll wait until the lights shows to move my vegging girls from the 3x3. They are ready to fire up the Autopot system and air.

I've 8 in 4 pots with dividers again Other than my own fault getting hermies last run the roots system were well developed in each cell giving me assurances its not affecting them noticeably . A better run will be more telling.
